I chose this place because it was very close to my work. I had to leave Carrollton and move back to Arkansas and I'm sad to see it go. They have all the updated beds. Decent rates and promotional offers are worth it as well. Everytime I came in I was treated so nice. I did not feel like I was being judged the whole time I was in there and I have had that feeling before at tanning salons. Next time I'm in Carrollton, this is where ill get my tanning fix.

I don't typically leave reviews but today's experience really left my blood boiling, I wish I would have gotten the girls name.I've had a membership here for only a few months and recently my card was comprised just as I was going to get billed for the month. I couldn't update it online as I had to wait until my new physical card arrived so I could come and manually update it on their system.As I came in to update my card today (Friday, 6/9/23) the girl at the front counter loudly announced YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED. She was loud and smirking to herself like she was amused. She didn't even give me a chance to even give her my new card or explain the situation.I was shocked and upset by the whole experience I left without tanning and without updating my card.I understand the card was declined but I'm upset at how it was handled. There are better ways to addressing a client and this did not feel like a professional establishment. I felt like I was being humiliated by am immature and insensitive teen. I'm contemplating continuing my membership here.Also, prior to this whole experience I called in advance and explained the situation with my card, I'm sure there should have been a note on file at least.Service: Tanning

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has been going downhill consistently for some time now. I had an issue today and called this location for help with my acct. She did nothing to try and help. She was very flippant and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer at PBT for many years. I will never go to this location again. If you’re a PBT member, use any other location other than this one.Service: Sunbed tanning

For the first few times I used this location they had trouble finding me in the system and seemed understaffed. When I did tan the bed seemed poorly maintained and had little effect.

I won’t go into a ton of detail because you can read other reviews saying the same thing. Super unhelpful staff that make you feel like you’re annoying them to do their job, puddles in the spray tan machine, and they charged me $10 for missed payments last time I was in because they didn’t have the correct information on file (sounds like a company problem, not me). I’ve been to other locations that I like a lot better but unfortunately this is the one closest to me.Service: Tanning

So I don't come tanning often enough, so I started the 15$ membership for that reason.. so until I decide or make time to come tanning I'm not going to upgrade my membership.. I say that to say, on Thursday I came to do a spray tan and forgot my lotion. When I came back on Tuesday, obviously it's not returned, that was my fault I left it. So I go to buy another lotion. Bc I don't come as often, my lotion lasts me a long time, so I don't know the going rate now, as far as prices go.. all I do know is I like tingle lotion. So I ask the lady for a tingle lotion and I also ask her what's the round a about prices for the lotions. Her first answer was "you get what you pay for". But that's not what I asked, I asked what are the range of prices, bc there are different sections on the wall, and didn't know if they were separated for brand and/or price. I told her I understand that, but I prefer a tingle lotion, so what tingle lotions do you have and how much are they? She was hesitant to give me one and then the other lady says "no one buys those anymore". Like what the hell?? When I do get the only one she was willing to give me, I just told her I'll take it, 65$ later. My take on this experience; why say you get what you pay for in the first place? She was saying that in such a condescending way like I'm a broke bishh when In reality I was really trying to get the feel of how the prices and the products went now a days.. additionally, like I previously stated, I don't come that often so excuse me if I was proving her for information on what they offered bc I don't have to buy lotion as often as someone who came everyday would.. and to be honest it wasn't even like she was trying to sell me anything at all.. like she was so bothered I asked about the lotions at all.. and if I remember correctly the last lotion I bought was around 65$-70 so I shouldn't have to also feel like I should have to buy a $100 bottle of lotion. I'm not struggling with money but what if I was?? Or what if I was a timid, insecure person? Who is she to act like of I'm not buying an expensive lotion I'm not s**** secondly, don't try to make me feel stupid or that I'm not in with the "in" crowd bc I prefer tingle lotion over bronzing lotion. I shouldn't have to feel any type of way about what I choose for my life when it comes to my tanning experience. This wasn't a good experience n I hope to change my membership to a different location bc the women here are not pleasant.

I give this ADDISON place a zero. Every bed is broken ...you are told you can control the heat but every button is broke in any bed Ive been in. Its always hot as hell when you walk in... AC HELLO.....AND ITS B******* BROKE A** technology for $90 a month membership. You're owners should be ashamed.

Do NOT spend your money here!!!I have way better things to be doing than writing this review but after at LEAST 20 bad experiences, I figured I would try to save someone before they did.I have been a member at this location for the past 2 years. A few months ago, I finally had enough of the uncleanliness, rude staff and disorganization of this location and started driving 20 minutes to a Dallas location instead of my 2 minute drive to this one. The staff are rude, the tanning beds are never clean and water is constantly left in the spray booths after being “cleaned”. It will pool by your feet or drip from the ceiling while during the session. They are ALWAYS out of product. Hair nets, tanning carts, baby wipes, you name it. One time a staff tried to convince me to spray tan without a hairnet but after telling her it’s not a good idea since my hair is blonde she said I was right??Today I was desperate, so I came to this location.I have always had a unlimited sunless membership and this afternoon I came in to tan. The girl at the front told me it would be $10 to tan in the booth (mind you this is not the booth I wanted but they were out of product for the one I came in for so I was paying for their mistake) and told me the prices changed and I would pay $10 each time to spray. I asked a few questions just trying to understand why I am paying since I have had an an unlimited membership for TWO years and she was visibly annoyed at me rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing and stomping around the counter. I needed to tan so I paid it, but she could not even explain to me why my situation had changed. Where was the notice, email, explanation? Lol anything? I pay $70 month yet every time I was to spray I am going to $10 each time?I understand how hard it is to keep workers right now, but this place is a disaster and needs to work on the ones they have. This is not the first time a staff has been rude, but this may be the worst experience because she was literally taking more of my money at the same time.The new location I go to says I am not the only one who has told them about Addison! Beware and stay away!

I’ve been multiple times, and every time I go this location has the worst customer service. I even had to leave one day and go to another location because the employee didn’t know how to do cross markets. She kept telling me how she hates cross markets. Very unprofessional. Every time I went they were out of something. And employees are very rude.Service: Tanning

I have 20 minutes outside the establishment because they are supposed to open at 8 and when I arrive there were already 2 more people waiting for them to open, it is 8:30 and it is still closed, it is a lack of respect for our time, I have to leave because I am going to work at 9, I just came to waste my timeServices: Skin treatments
