Had to leave my last groomer after two terrible visits, but Pappy’s was recommended as an alternative. Incredible staff, great cuts so far, nails are a bit sharp but will ask for filing next time.Update: elderly dog was shaved, nails were uneven and he had a few cuts. He looked pitiful and was shaking when I picked him up. I now groom him myself and he always looks cute and I don’t shave him, I take my time and am patient.

I have Belgium griffon and ask manager for stripping. I paid additional money for that. But my dog looks like he had groom with knife. All his face is crooked. And I attached photo how my dog looked like after groom in another service. Also awful smell in lobby

Great place to take your pet! I've taken my dog for about 3 years and for multiple services: nail trim, grooming, de-shedding, doggy daycare, and overnight boarding. Staff is kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommend.

Have taken our mini golden doodle there a few times for grooming and they have done a great job so far. Will probably start taking her in for day care every so often so she can play with other dogs.

Wonderful staff for grooming, nail trim, and daycare. We always go here for those needs. Very friendly and caring staff. We feel comfortable knowing our dog is in good hands. We’ve had bad experiences with other groomers in the past, but the team here is stellar!!

I worked here for a bit and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They allow dogs that are aggressive to keep coming back, it’s incredibly small, the employees are burnt out so they don’t clean up messes & it smells. We had dogs that consistently caused problems but our manager kept “wanting to try them in the room”, only kicking them out once they went after another dog; could be yours next! I can’t speak for the other locations, but avoid this one like the plague.

Do not take your dog here. The employees are abusive and aggressive toward the animals (this is all on live video for pet parents to see) and management has not responded when contacted. I would post the video if I could. Disgusting.

Be prepared for ANIMAL ABUSE. I took my dog here to try out for 2 days. So far, not so good. The first thing you will notice upon walking in, is the stench of dog urine everywhere. While I understand that dogs go when they go, this place doesn't really seem concerned about that. One person told me that dogs do not have a concept of whether they are "inside or outside." During the day, they claim that they have a set schedule. They do not adhere to the "schedule" and I don't believe my dog has gone potty outside even once during her visit. They don't have an area for dogs to use the restroom. That's a big red flag. (It will BREAK your potty training.) They can clean it up, sure, but tell me why my dog has a paw pad injury after her second day? The floors are all ripped up in certain spots. Additionally most of the staff seems extremely apathetic. The manager was the most pleasant person I spoke with. The attendees are constantly on their phones not interacting or watching the dogs. There are times that they won't be in the room with the dogs for several minutes at a time, and with the amount of dogs they cram into one space, anything could happen at any time. I was extremely concerned for the safety of my dog. I'd also like to know why the dogs have been swatted at, pushed away, kicked at, picked up inappropriately, and sprayed with a spray bottle? These dogs do not belong to the attendees, and should be treated the same as if the parents were in the room. This is not the appropriate way to handle multiple dogs. I have spoken with a few other daycare GMs who have openly told me that what these employees are doing is entirely unprofessional and dangerous, and they also saw it all on camera. The videos would surely make your jaw drop. I wish I could post them here. I do not know the names of the employees that are doing it, but one of them is a man with a mullet (photo attached), and the other is a taller man. For the safety of my dog, she will never return there again. For the safety of yours, I would recommend you do the same. To the owners that have no idea this is happening to their pets, I wish you knew. Check. The cameras. More. Often! I wish I could tell you directly. To management that seems (based on other reviews) neglectful or apathetic towards the ongoing situation, I cannot tell you what to do, but those employees should be terminated. Is this really Award Winning Pet Care?? Thankfully to my knowledge my dog is okay, so I am posting this as a warning to other dog owners. STAY AWAY!

I love this place! The groomers are the best and the prices are great if you need a dog sitter.

Great place for your pet. Bear gets up, eats breakfast and stands by the door ready to get in the car to go to daycare. As soon as we turn the corner is is so excited, runs and doesn’t look back. Hannah and her staff are the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If any pet parents see this TYLER has been abusive towards the animals and bringing this to the managers attention was useless. It's on camera, I have proof of him pushing other dogs yet he is still employed here. BE AWARE OF ABUSE!!!EDIT::I am truly disgusted and disappointed with how this situation was handled, upon checking the cameras today I'm still seeing Tyler, the animal abuser still works there. Please, any pup parents be aware of him and his violent behavior.

I’ve got two dogs I think only a mother could love. Both strays - ones a tiny, loud mouth purse dog who is selective about his pup companions. The other guy - well, he’s just not smart. When the wind blows and he stops and sniffs, I think I can hear his two brain cells clink together. He’s skiddish and shy but a lover. All that to say - they love it here. They run straight into the arms of their favorite staff member and I suddenly become non existent. It is the best feeling knowing these guys are with someone they love. I won’t take them anywhere else.

Honestly I would not take my dog there. They have no outside for your baby therefore if you have trained them not to potty on the concrete or hard surface they will hold it until it becomes painful for them. This will also teach them it’s okay to potty inside. They are inside all day long. While I was there one of the staff members seemed more interested in the popular game on his cell phone then speaking to me or interacting with the dogs. I hate to leave a bad review because the manager of this location seemed really sweet but other than her all I witnessed was unprofessionalism. I know when you go to a doggy daycare it will more than likely smell somewhat like a dog but as soon as I entered the store it was a very unpleasant smell.
