Wish I could pet the kittens. Usually solid location. Ran out of my cat food brand on the big bags tho it was only a small inconvenience. If you get upset at employees for running out of your usually brands seek mental health

The cats in the back had almost no litter. I get they’re up for adoption but they can at least make sure they’ve got enough litter so they don’t step in their own stuff when they need to use the bathroom. One of out of four or five cats had a decent amount of litter.

Stay away from Petsmart their distribution center has some type I can’t think of the name of the moth but when you walk in Petsmart at the 3800 store here they have it on a display right when you walk in the door there’s moth all over the food. It’s on the shelf. They had it last year and they were still continuing to feed dogs this and it will make your dogs sick. Small dog could kill, you will have to take care of it out of your house. It’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars and all of your dry food you have to throw away it’s horrific they are still doing this. I complained last year and as I see Petsmart, don’t care about pets at all.

Truly horrendous customer service. I had to unexpectedly work late tonight and showed up 5 minutes past closing time to buy my dog's food as I was completely out. I pleaded with the employee and explained my situation which prompted the employee to bring over the manager. The manager was incredibly rude, refused to let me in, and closed the door in my face as I was mid sentence. I've been a customer for several years and will never come back, especially with so many pet store options.

Majority of people are off work on the weekends. Best time for them to shop. Closing at 7pm knowing that they can buy what they need on Amazon for at least 30% less is risky business.

Good selection of products and helpful employees. You can find most anything you would need for your pet at a PetSmart. This location has some cats for adoption from Operation Kindness.

forever grateful for Liv in grooming! She ALWAYS leave my furbaby looking so stinking cute! I had took my Yorkie to a different Petsmart and they left him looking so horrible, I was devastated! I decided to try one more time at this Petsmart location and have not been anywhere else ever since! Liv always does an amazing job and has been patient with my dog, as he can be a little much at times.
Thank you liv and the grooming team for always being to great and friendly!

Kitty adoptions in the back of the store. They always have the cutest cats with the prettiest markings available for adoption. Cat adoption is approximately $150.
