Marina was so helpful and sweet! The store had just closed and I barely missed the check in. She was so sweet to go back inside and get everything set up for me as I needed to urgently move into the storage facility. Thank you Marina!!

There is no amount of words to describe the greeting,nor the hospitality that this place makes you feel with your property,I have much to say on the professional attitude this one employee Name Mariana I think was her name an talk about honest an true .
On the day we packed up to leave i had misplaced my wallet which had our cards an 4 grand in paper monies, at first I said nothing but she picked up my vibe...
Awareness is key an she hit it and retraced my steps an found it with a box I threw away leaving ... thank you so much an she didn't take the reward she said she could use but her upbringing didn't allow it... Praise God for our angels because I could not believe as I was so angry...she made me a lifetime customer

Mariana at the inwood location has to have the best hands down customer service i have ever experienced. I accidentally forgot to lock my storage and put a temporary lock on there for me until i came back. Also she has the best energy ever!!

Mariana at the 14729 Inwood Rd in Addison Public Storage location was so wonderful in working with me and keeping me in the loop on some unfortunately missed/late payments. Helped with making sure my unit stayed locked up when I was out of town and unable to put a new lock on. Saved my rear end from auction- so greatly appreciated for the great communication. Great working with Marina and Manager at this site!

I have been with the Public Storage on Inwood Rd in Addison, TX for almost 8 years and this particular one has always been really good...But since the new Manager Marina took over at the beginning of the month, it is now above fantastic. To the point Ive written this rare review. She is kind yet straight forward, is very helpful, charming and above all genuine. And She went so far above and beyond for My Daughter and I.
And the good news if your considering moving your loot here, Marina should be there a while, too. The last manager was very good and there for at least 7 or so years. Great area, too. So even if Public Storage costs a little more in the long run, it hasnt been enough to run me or my 3 Storage rooms off in 8 years.... Even then, Im willing to pay a premium for this kind of customer service and sense of security. Especially when you feel like you have a trusted family Member watching over your goods like I do with Marina...Who I feel is now part of my Family in a non-creepy sorta way...Because on top of it all...She's just plain fun...
