first day we went to check in there was what looked like a whole eviction - tons of homeless people on the side of the building. with boxes and totes. checked in and the whole place smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was literally orange juice, eggs and waffles. it was terrible. decided to try the pool, it had vomit on the side of the pool that looked to have been there for a long time. There were 5 of us and got two towels , when asked for more we were told “no extra towels” uh ok? during the day we left the “ do not disturb “ sign off the door and the room was never serviced even after asking. Cockroaches crawling over the walls, the couch said “ linens in the closet” nothing was there, when asked the desk of we can get atleast a sheet, they said no. i would Never stay here again.

We stay here frequently. The location is very convenient and central to the major areas of DFW and all points of interest. While the rooms need a little attention, I still give this property a five star mainly due to the management and staff. In particular a young lady named Khushboo as she is so attentive, caring and full of responsibility all with a smile and spirit of hospitality that reflects upon the whole staff. Also a young man by the name Suboj who is similarly helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
The staff makes you feel you're home away from home which is really the ultimate feeling you should get from any hotel.

I don't know where to start ? They really need to update the whole hotel. It had old furniture. Old beds had a horrible smell. The toilet stools did not match the toilet It was too little. An employee walked in while I was sitting there. She did not speak english. I asked her. What are you doing? Why are you in my room? She continued to go to the bathroom. Leave the tiles and walked out I will never stay at this place again. And breakfast was horrible.
Rooms: Needs to be Remodel fast throw out that Furniture, please. Make sure that the remotes are working to the t. V.

Horrible if you want to waste your money on a hotel that looks more like a motel, go here, my room was full of water, and it smelled really bad from the moment you entered, it's so old that the elevator gets stuck, I hope

I can't believe how terrible this place was. Booked online because the price was good, it was in a good area, and close to where we needed to be for the weekend. Do not be mistaken, this is NOT 'Quality Inn'. The hotel smells like weed as soon as you walk in and the elevator is foreboding of the rooms. I was shown 4 different rooms and each of them were terribly smelly, dirty, disheveled, and full of roaches.
Rooms: Filthy, stinky, and full of roaches.

Stay away from this place if possible. My room got overbooked so they “upgraded “ us to a king bed with sofa couch and hot tub. Sofa bed was broken so had to pull out dirty mattress and we slept on floor so kids could sleep on bed. Hot tub had water sitting in it with dirt stains everywhere. Toilet had piss and paper in it sitting. If it wasn’t for my kids we would have left and slept in our car . I asked why would they use the rooms knowing they are broke the response was “ I didn’t know” HORRIBLE

Sour smell upon coming in. Dingy carpets throughout. Every surface has nicks and scratches. Rooms don't look anything like the pictures. Got a room for 4, but only had 2 towels. Lumpy pillows filled with random stuff. Only one working light in bathroom and exhaust fan doesn't work. Dingy curtains that haven't been white for a long long time. Filthy couch with boards under the cushions. People yelling and screaming in rooms and hallways late at night and nobody does anything. Ugh.

This place is nice , honestly . The issue at hand is this is a smoke free facility, but the hallways always smell like smoke. Especially down the stairs. The side door stays propped open for potential smokers to come thru to get in . There's always ALOT of people hanging around outside!
The rooms are spacious and quite big , but dated. They do have a pool that's indoors and very nice. Location is cool.
This would be a great place if it was cleaned up a bit , staff was more than helpful and very attentive to my needs.

As soon as we stepped foot into this hotel it reeked of marijuana. Our rooms were super humid and had this mildew smell to them; carpet, pillows and couch were all damp. On top of that we found a bed bug on our bed and at least a couple of cockroaches crawling on the carpet. Staff was kind but the rooms and hotel itself need some serious remodeling.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely horrible. Starting at checking where it took 50 minutes to get room keys for two prepaid rooms. On top of that, we had to pay a $200 deposit based on a countertop sign posted at the checkin counter. The elevator was despicable, as was the hallways. The entire dump smells like mildew and the rooms are simply unbelievably horrific. Because of a nonrefundable clause, we're forced to stay here tonight. This place doesn't deserve a single star. MAD AS HELL AND SO DISSAPPOINTED.

Definitely not quality. Rooms are old and in need of update. Poor lighting and non-english speaking Hispanic maintenance personnel who are not very technical.
Rooms: Old, in need of repair. Very noise due to ubtrained dogs and owners. Hindi reception was very hard to understand. Avoid this place.

I was able to check-in early and with the amazing help of Sobuj and his outstanding customer service and hospitality he went above and beyond he deserves a raise
Rooms: The room was very tasteful and larger than expected with nice furniture and the bed is very comfortable
