The personnel were respectful, friendly and caring. The facility itself needs a major overhaul. The ceiling tiles are dirty and moldy, absolutely disgusting, especially for a health facility!

The young man who helped me was extremely attentive and informative. He guided me and explained every step of the way. At the end of it all, I realized he was supposed to be on his lunch break, but he took the time to help me. Wow, you dont see that often these days. Thank you so much to the gentleman! 😊

The person was very good, kind, friendly, and efficient. I had her 6 months ago for drawing my blood too, she has been consistently friendly, and her technique is excellent!

Don't use a credit card here. They will enroll your card for automatic payment without your permission. Never going back to Quest Diagnostics.

The current person who is pulling blood may need a refresher on time management. They were the only person in the office and 40 minutes behind schedule. I can sympathize with being the only one in the office, driving results.

I appreciate the quick service without an appointment. My original appointment could not be completed because the doctors didn't send the tests needed to quest so I had to return home to get a printout of which tests needed. The person taking the tests was very understanding and worked me in as quick as possible. Thank you!

Shows open in the web site... though we've been here 15 min and no one is here goy here 7:10 it is now 7:40 and no one has come in... Last time we visited it was 4:23 and doors we already closed...

Location inside Tom thumb in Addison. Second visit to this location so was familiar. Very clean. Jad appointment. Check in easy. Wait time 5 mins. Broquel (sp?) was very patient for a usually difficult case like me. She took her time to find a vein. One stick she promised - and she did it! Boy was I grateful! Highly recommend ?

The Iab technician (I think it was Tanya) was very fast and efficient. When I checked in as a walk in it gave me 20 min wait but there was no one else there so she just called me in right away. She knew what she was doing and she was nice. I'm very impressed.

I always choose this location.. its always a pleasant visit! The girls are sooo nice and friendly. Have a gentle hand too! and there's always room for an appointment!
