I’m glad that I’m not the only one on here complaining about the poor customer service and lack of common courtesy toward their customers, allow me to explain the horrendous experience that I had today. It all began as soon as I walked directly to the register where there were two cashiers one was with a customer meanwhile the other one was playing “sick” and started coughing all over the register (hazard to public safety) she was coughing and asked her coworker if she could leave the register and left the register alone and left me waiting for the only available, I waited about 15 minutes and for the sick employee returned to her register because the other cashier was working at a very slow pace it took that long for me to even come up to the register. When I gave the cashier my item to return she made me fill a handwritten piece of paper with my personal information (very unprofessional but that’s another topic) she then asked me to put my card in the machine to get my money refunded but I had originally paid with Apple Pay so I assumed I would just tap the monitor and get my money back well apparently their technology is outdated and you need a physical card for returns so she then said she couldn’t do my return, when I asked why she said it had to be refunded on a physical card so I said no worries ill run to my car and grab it, well as you might predict she rudely said what do you want me to do about it I said I want you to wait for me to grab my card as I wasn’t made aware of the refund process before hand, she rudely said you will have to get back in line and I said I don’t see why I have to get back in line when I already waited a long time to get helped and I don’t see why I have to wait some more, she made it seem like it was my fault and it was my own problem that I had to deal with. Well personally I’ve never been treated this way in a retail setting and it seemed like the cashier did not care about her job or the representation she owes to the company. Finally when I ran to my car and came back inside with my card I went up to the register and she had in fact kick me out of the line and made me go through public humiliation when the ground of women who were waiting in line continued to yell at me and forced me to get behind them, this review is about the customer service but i should mention the disgusting behavior of all the customers who were in line. Another reason not to visit this place is the type of clientele they bring in their stores are just as rude and heinous as their cashiers.

I wish I could put 0 stars l. First and last time coming here today. The employees are RUDE, lazy and act like you’re bothering them by shopping there.

This place is very shady when you return an item. Be very careful with your receipts from them they rung up my items wrong from a return I purchased earlier the same week! Do trust them….look over your receipts before leaving the store. I won’t be going back to this store. A lesson learned.

Mannn look I hate this location now I used to love going here cuz this white lady that used to work there she always had the store looking nice and was always very helpful and when I would come to shop to make my self feel better she was always there to make me smile I think her name was Kelsie or Chelsea now it's always a mess and the staff are rude and unhelpful

The manager was rude, she didn’t wanted to return my money back. I didn’t like something I brought so I went to rerun it and show her the receipt.
