Tia was incredibly helpful with my texture and advised me to try a product that will be really helpful for my hair. I like the smell of it so far and it feels really good in my hair. I stop by here from time to time and I usually find what I'm looking for.

Called in regards to getting a trimmer reimbursed. The assistant manager and manager stated that it wasn’t possible. I mentioned to them that it stated on the receipt it WAS able to be done as long as the machine was in its original packaging and unused. She said electric machines were not able to get reimbursed. There was an obvious difference in the words being used (“trimmer” to “electric”) Told her again what was stated on the receipt and she proceeded to say the receipt has been outdated since COVID. Just bad experience overall

This review is 5 stars for just one reason... Marbella! (sorry if I spelled you name wrong!) I go to Sally's anyway because they have the brands I like. We went to this location because it was open later and I'm glad we did! Marbella was friendly, fun, attentive, and knowledgeable! I hope life has amazing things in store for her 💜 give her a raise! Or at least a gift card or something!

I cannot stand going to this Sally’s, but since it’s the closest one, I put up with the ridiculously annoying experience every time I visit.
The store itself is usually clean, organized, and well-stocked—but the customer service? Way. Too. Much. The second I walk in, I’m basically screamed at with an over-the-top, fake-sounding welcome. And it doesn’t stop there. I’m followed around nonstop, bombarded with sale pitches, and asked if I need help every five seconds.
I’ve told the employees multiple times that I’m fine, yet somehow, they’re still watching me like a hawk, lurking in whatever aisle I step into. This store only has four aisles, but best believe, there’s an employee in every single one, breathing down my neck with another “Need any help?” I actually counted last time—six times in five minutes from three different people. That’s beyond excessive.
I don’t need the new hire, the employee of the month, and the manager all greeting me to have a decent customer service experience. Like, please, dial it back about a thousand levels. Maybe it’s some weird loss prevention thing, I don’t know, but it just makes me feel profiled and untrusted over some $5 nail products. If there were another beauty supply store nearby with the same products, I wouldn’t step foot in this place again.

Consumer review,good customer is service everything. As you know, a lot of places are lacking these days. However, for a pleasant and positive experience, please take the time to stop in to Sally's beauty. While you're there, ask for Ty. Most informative young lady who is willing to assist you with all of your beauty needs .

Clean and well organized but the staff is overbearing . They asked if I needed help before I was even in the door and continued to talk to me even after I told them I knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't need help. I will probably go to a different sallys next time I'm out of pink dye lol

the best place to buy beauty products, the girls are super. cute, friendly and professional, even when language is a barrier, they are very proactive, they help you with images, and if they don't have the product you need, they will get it for you in another store, there should be a million star review

I had to pop into a Sally’s store and am new to the area so it was my first time at this location. Sicora and Maribella were so welcoming, patient and helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to do my own hair and life gets busy, so sometimes it has to be done. The store was well stocked of course, but what really made the difference was how a little kindness goes such a long way. Ps: I bought everything they suggested and then some and my roots turned out perfect. Thank you ladies!

I went to this location to purchase hair dye, I specified asked the Hispanic female if I needed to purchase a developer for the hair dye, she replied "no" I said ok but the box says to mix the hair dye with a developer, she said no I didn't have to. So I purchased it and dyed my hair. It did absolutely NOTHING to my hair. I went to another location and told them I purchased hair dye without the developer because the worker told me I didn't need it. The other lady and the other location said, omg yes you need the developer that's how the color develops. I went ahead and spent more money and purchased the developer and another hair dye. I was so pleased with the worker at the Richardson location. The woman at the addision wasted my time and money. They need to hire people who know how to be experienced in the items they sale to customers. I should of checked the previous reviews of others on here before I came to this location
