I was in search of a product that was not in stock. Amber went out of her way to find it for me and called the location to put it on hold! Thank you. Customer service is EXCELLENT!

I went to this location to purchase hair dye, I specified asked the Hispanic female if I needed to purchase a developer for the hair dye, she replied "no" I said ok but the box says to mix the hair dye with a developer, she said no I didn't have to. So I purchased it and dyed my hair. It did absolutely NOTHING to my hair. I went to another location and told them I purchased hair dye without the developer because the worker told me I didn't need it. The other lady and the other location said, omg yes you need the developer that's how the color develops. I went ahead and spent more money and purchased the developer and another hair dye. I was so pleased with the worker at the Richardson location. The woman at the addision wasted my time and money. They need to hire people who know how to be experienced in the items they sale to customers. I should of checked the previous reviews of others on here before I came to this location

i went in today to purchase hair dye and there was an employee with clown red hair tryna tell me how much hair dye i needed for my own head. She was rude and insisted she knew what i needed, not even seeing my hair. she also put things on the counter for me to buy without my permission and proceeded to ring me up for them, she violated me twice and i was in the store for less than 5 minutes. i wont be back to this location again. good customer service is the BARE MINIMUM, she needs to be trained on leaving her attitude at HOME and practicing boundaries because I can bet money she is the same person the other reviewers are talking about. her hair is very fitting, cause shes definitely a clown.

Went here this morning (3.15.2022) and I went to check out. I had a scarf and it rang up as $10.00, but it was on the shelf for $4 and I pointed it out. I showed the woman and she walked back with me so I could show her where I found it along with other ones. She got smart and said “if you would have read it, you would have saw that it doesn’t go there.” This woman was really lucky I did not curse her out, but I didn’t appreciate that. She did go ahead and give it to me for the price I saw and moved the other scarfs, but she definitely need to watch what she say to customers because I could have easily said something back to her. Won’t be coming back here. Do better.

I went to return 2 products that i bought the day before, the sales associate was rude and question me when I have 10 years been a customer I never had an issue with a employee of Sally before she can see my purchase with my phone number and my account or my id , she was rude and yelling at me , her coworker both new ,started insulting me in front on my child , I told her to stop , she charge me to get the products and after I called the other store they told me I shouldn’t be paying what she did to me , When originally paid , I never saw them before they claim she was the manager she never gave me my receipt, after what she did , no name the only thing I knew is she is in a job she is hating and complaining to be there , no one should be treated this way , hope Sally do better with this location, check their employees to see what are they doing with their franchise. The other 2 stores I called to check about this they said she did wrong and not wanting to open the system she just did her way .

I've been to this store many times without issue. Today I go in to buy my usual products. The first Sally's worker that I spoke with said hello and went about her business. This blonde lady walked from the back of the store and stood three feet away from me the whole time. She's trying to give me her opinion on the best hair clippers... It was just ridiculous. I tell her I don't need any help I see what I want. She says well I have to stay with you because we had some thefts in here. So I guess that means every black man that walks into Sally's is going to rob them so they're going to follow you around the store. I told her I'd buy the products on Amazon.

I ordered French tips online to be delivered to my house on the 3rd day after delivery I get an email telling me my order is canceled that's it. So I reach out to find out why and i am told they don't have any French tips in stock yet i check their website and they show in stock for French manicure tips. The exact ones i ordered and was paying almost double to have shipped priority. I will never buy from this company ever again. How do you take orders cancel them yet still have the product on your site without it saying out of stock or unable to.buy at this time like normal online places do.

I hadn't been to a Sally's in a few years, and this was the first time I had been to one since moving to Far North Dallas. Let me tell you, I was blown away by the level of in-depth product knowledge and friendliness of both the associates I encountered at this location. I have 20+ years of retail management experience, and I really want to celebrate the great job the ladies who helped me did. They were friendly, cheerful, and sincerely wanted to assist. They greeted everyone who walked in in an upbeat manner, and would offer assistance. At first I declined assistance since I hadn't been in one of these store for a few years, so I wanted to get my bearings and poke around. But the ladies were very good at following up periodically and then I asked a few questions about what was recommended for turning my hair silver. The associate went above and beyond with explaining the right toner to use, and the best bleaching kit, along with the best dye and why. Her insight was very helpful. Ultimately, my hair didn't quite turn silver and I went back a few days later and another salesgirl helped me. She too was super informative and helped get me closer to silver hair. I know going silver is not the easiest color to achieve, so their patience and direction was really appreciated. I'll definitely keep coming back to this Sally's for the informative and helpful service. Way to go!

We bought 2 boxes of product recently. When I called to find out about a refund, the girl told me they are no longer accepting returns. I asked why not. She said they got an email from corporate saying so. I asked as of when. She said today. So I asked her if that means I'm basically out of $40 and she just said "yeah, sorry". I don't understand how that policy can apply to products purchased before the policy became effective. I won't shop here again.

Rude sales associate gave horrible customer service. Went in to do a simple exchange on item I purchased that should have had a safety seal on it and did not. Won't visit that location again.
