Sandra is amazing! I have avoided making life changes for a long time. I have bought so many packages, classes, dvds, you name it - and I haven’t achieved anything I wanted. I needed a guide who understood my needs and knew how to help me take impactful steps that weren’t overwhelming. Sandra’s coaching and teaching are so uplifting, supportive, and positive. I always feel better after a session with her, no matter how bad of a week I have had. I was shocked that I lost 4 pounds just in the first week with her guidance! When she said to me, “I have you. Trust me when I say you need Sandra's 20 minute zoom ab workout in your life. It's from 7 am - 7:20 am and easy to slip in before going to work or dropping kids off at school. It's the only reason I can zip up my jeans after a year of quarantine eating! Classes are drop in so you can attend only when convenient for you. I cannot recommend this enough. Do yourself a favor and sign up!

Sandra is amazing! She has so much knowledge of the body and is able to help with very specific problem areas. She is patient and attentive to proper form and works with you to achieve proper position which can be intimidating with yoga. I highly recommend Sandra, she is the best!!!

Sandra is an excellent yoga instructor. She always comes to class with a smile on her face and a positive attitude.Sandra has patience with allstudents regardless of level. She’s a great communicator and able to demonstrate all yoga positions.Sandra is very professional and makes all students feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire class.I highly recommend Sandra and I always look forward to her class.Calvin

Rarely do you find an instructor/teacher in both yoga and nutrition. Sandra is a dedicated professional in both categories and I recommend her highly.
