So far is one of the best child day care centers in Dallas Forth-Worth. Amazing staff, time of care, and pricing is unbeatable. Anyone needing help with their kid bring them here.”

“We moved to Primrose West Plano from a different location about a year ago. The transition was very smooth for my 3 year old daughter. The admin have always been warm, welcoming, and helpful. The Executive Director, Mrs. Kelsey, goes above and beyond to get to know the children and parents. The Assistant Director, Ms. Melissa, is equally as wonderful. She was kind enough to take a video of my daughter meeting Santa at the school and texted it to me. It’s one of my favorite videos of her and was so unexpected. The teachers have also been instrumental in my daughter’s development. She runs into the classroom every morning to give them a hug (as do all of the other children). She also will say how much she loves Ms. Mia and Ms. Jessica in her prayers before bed. I truly believe she is getting the best care with Primrose West Plano.”

“Finding the right daycare was a difficult experience. As we toured daycares, it seemed like every facility was clean, modern, had clear schedules and plans, and everyone had an app to let you check in. But each one we visited was filled with unhappy staff and crying babies.Except for Ms. Bloomingdale's. The owner walked us through to see each classroom and every staff member was happy. Some babies were crying, but overall almost every child seemed to be happy and enjoying their day. I don't know if the ratios are better, but they SEEM so much better. It feels like every kid is getting personal attention. We saw kids being dropped off, excited to see their teachers. Everything felt calm and kind, not hectic or urgent. And every room had a teacher who had been employed for several years or more.Every teacher our child has had truly cared for them. Teachers we haven't even met formally yet greet them by name every time we drop off and pick up. The staff is so kind and patient and works so hard to meet us where we are as first time parents and be patient with us as we learn as well.Every time we move up rooms, it feels like such a huge stress. What if they don't like it? What if the new teacher isn't as good? They like their current teacher so much! Yet every time, they love their new teacher and adjust easily to the new routine--because again, the staff here is so experienced and have dealt with every type of child.There are rough days, as there are anywhere, but never have I felt like my child wasn't cared for. The peace of mind it brings to know that my child is with this exceptional group of teachers truly made a substantial difference in our lives. I cannot recommend it more--five stars quite frankly isn't enough.”

“Our 3 kids have gone through the daycare program and are attending their after school program. After school they pick up our kids and help them with their homework. In addition to tutoring help, they provide extracurricular activities such as Tae Kwon Do and Art Class which our kids enjoy. Most importantly, they have really helped us with the growth of our children and provide a convenient one stop shop for our whole family. The owners kids went through PDS so he is highly aware and attentive to any needs of your family. Highly recommend to all growing families in Collin and Dallas counties!”

“My son has been attending the Primrose School of Chase Oaks for a few months now. He is in Ms. Honey and Ms. Ann's class, and they have had such a positive influence on his development. The activities they do help keep him stimulated; he gets to experience multiple brain-stimulating activities during the day, including art, music, pretend play, math, and reading. He is excited to go into the classroom every morning and remains excited throughout the day. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares for each child, from administrative staff down to the classroom teachers. I was nervous when we first transferred due to Primrose not having cameras, but there are a ton of pictures and some videos uploaded to the app during the day. I do not need a camera monitoring throughout the day to understand that Ms. Honey and Ms. Ann care for my son in a way that makes him feel safe, helps him to enjoy his time away from home and most importantly aids in his development in a way that we have not before experienced in a daycare center before. I am really thankful for the staff and environment at Primrose, particularly in my current classroom.”

“Our child has been going to Kindergarten Prep Child Care Center, Allen location over 1 year. Our child absolutely loves to go to her preschool every day. When we were researching for a daycare/preschool for our child, we read reviews and contacted multiple preschools in the area. One of the reviews mentioned that KG prep is a hidden gem in the area and their child loves it. We took a tour, enrolled our child and never looked back. The management and the teachers are so friendly and approachable. If there are any concerns or needs, the management and the teachers listen carefully and patiently and take appropriate actions. The care is so personalized to each child based on their needs. The owner Ms. Tina, the director Ms. Hira and our child’s teacher Ms. Atufa and other substitute teachers are so nice. Our child has made lovely little friends and enjoys her art and dance sessions. We would definitely recommend KG prep child care center, Allen.”

“Dallas Learning Center was exactly what I needed. In all sincerity, I would not be where I am today. School was a nightmare for me for a plethora of reasons but thankfully DLC was there and streamlined my learning and gave me a sense of autonomy that I’d never been granted in a traditional learning environment. Today, I am on the Dean’s Honor List at the University of Texas and I have had multiple amazing internships with notable corporations. “Upon enrolling our son at Windhaven Academy at the age of 13 months, we have observed significant growth and development since then. Currently, he is enrolled in the 18-24 month old classroom, having previously completed the 12-18 month old classroom.

The teachers in both classes have consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and have instilled a sense of comfort in my wife and me. While leaving our child in a new environment can be inherently stressful, we have gained a sense of comfort in the knowledge that he is in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

The academy’s routine for mealtimes, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and naps, closely mirrors that of our home environment. The staff at the front desk always has a willingness to address any inquiries or concerns we may have contributed to our positive experience.

Our oldest is now in the second grade and still comes in to say hi to the teachers when we pick up our youngest.My favorite feature of PCDS are the people, the teachers.As your child grows and advances to the next class, you end up meeting a lot of the teachers. They are a close knit group who are always laughing or ready to share your child’s day with you.The classrooms have been renovated due to the tornado in 2019, they are brand new and include cameras. Capturing is also provided if you choose to use the resource and the schoolMakes sure to offer multiple extra curriculum if needed such as Science Programs, Spanish - dual Language, soccer, dance and more!I hope this helps! “We absolutely loved this school. I have twin toddlers and we attended this school for about a year from when they were just shy of 2 until we found out we needed to move to Houston. We absolutely would have stayed longer if we could, and we so wish we could take them with us to Houston. I especially appreciate how the teachers my boys had treated them like they were their own kids and the quick communication I always received from the group in the office. This school is definitely worth checking out and would 100% enroll my kids here again if we ended up back in the area.”

“From the reviews, it sounds like this is a great school, but they really need to replace the flag out front. It is so faded and tattered you can no longer even see the logo so it just looks like a white flag of surrender. I cringe every time I drive by. They spent a bunch of money recently to plant palm trees, and a new flag would probably be a fraction of that cost. :-)”

“Sadly don't think we will be coming to this location often since we are far away but they were so accommodating when I came to visit & ask questions. They answered everything without rushing me. They were friendly. Place was clean and kids were nice to each other & being supervised. Whenever I am in plano I will definitely have them take care of my kids.”
