Be careful when purchasing here! The employees were friendly, but when paying the taxes for the cell phone we were going to buy, the employee deceitfully made us understand that we could bring 2 accessories at the company's expense. When we reviewed the receipt when leaving the store we realized that I had collected them! I don't mind buying them, but why fool people?

I don't recommend dealing with them.They blatantly lie and deceive.When purchasing home Internet, they said the monthly fee would be $50, but they sent me an invoice for $65.When I asked them why, they told me that the manager deceived me during registration and that’s all?I just lost my time.don't deal with them, liars.

Wifi consistently down can't pay phone bill on the regular every month several days in a row. Extremely frustrating af. Customer service is from employees is great considering no wifi

Totally new staff! The big bald head guy that's at the desk when you walk in was being rude to this foreign guy. He also seemed to be bothered when I was asking questions on how to return my device. The old manager/ staff was more helpful.

William and Mike were big help! Went to two Tmobiles before this one. Within a minute, William replaced my screen protector and I was sent on my way. Easy as that. Good customer service, friendly, knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

We attempt to switch to consumer cellular on Friday. This failed miserably so Saturday morning, went into this store to get back same plan. The sales guy slammed us with a more expensive plan and device protection for both phones. This was a total of $45.00 over our original plan. Customer service corrected this for us. Beware of this scheme if you go there.

Nick was very helpful and professional when I came in last week. He told me to come back on the 30th to get me all sorted out. I came back on the 30th, like he said, but he was out of town. An employee named CB was supposed to help me but he would not, we was avoiding eye contact, giving me a hard time, and walked away leaving another employee to help. Took me forever to get anyone to pick up the store phone to call the support line to assist me. He infact told me that there is no number they could call to help which was obviously untrue because a few minutes later they picked up the phone and called the number that CB claimed did not exist. Terrible terrible experience. I don't know why CB was so rude to me and intentionally unhelpful.

I went into this location to buy a smart watch and all was going well until I was told I had to wait because the safe had a ten minute timer on it. Meanwhile there was five or six people working and no one checked to see if it was ready. I was told they missed the timer so I had to wait another ten minutes. I just don't get it, well I never got the watch.

Val was amazing. She stayed late to help the other employees because they were so busy. We waited about 20 minutes because it was so busy and she had no problem helping us past closing. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and added things as well and she was very understanding and never said that we couldn’t get what we needed. Even when I changed my mind about one of the products she didn’t give any attitude, instead she said, of course, you can have whatever it is that you want. She even put on our screen protectors and helped us find phone cases. I have been to several stores, and this was by far the best customer service I have received yet. I will definitely start going to see Val when I’m in need of something.

Went in the other day and spoke to London. My iPhone 12 had been acting up and I had been waiting for the C charger change up after speaking with her and going though my account I changed plans and got a new 15pro. I was honestly skeptical because I’ve never walked out of any wireless store and had actually been given 100% correct info and no random pro rate charges or anything fishy. I was honestly shocked everything went smoothly except for my transfer over to my new phone from my old one but they let me stay in the store and I felt 0 pressure to leave until I was 100% transferred over and was happy with everything. Thanks London and Brandon for all the help and chill vibe there in the store. I’ll be back soon. I’ve already cracked my screen protector so I’ll be back to get it replaced asap.Thanks again

All I wanted was to take advantage of the promotion on the 4 lines. William, I believe the manager at the time, tried to upsell me the 5G GO plan. When it came time to formally sign up for the service, I mentioned that my family wanted the essential plan. Instead, he still set me up with the more expensive option while training a new employee. And I was set up to pay $15 of insurance per phone as additional charges were added without my approval.I had to go to another T-Mobile store to get my plan changed down to the Essentials plan, which was a hassle. I shouldn't have had to go a different location to make sure I wouldn't pay for extra costs.Nick, another manager at this location, helped me out to explain other charges including activation fees and credited my family's account due to the situation. He was helpful and I would recommend him.Hopefully, this won't happen to anyone else.

My experience at this location was the more than extraordinary! I came in to this location to switch from my previous mobile provider. The process to signup for a business account was very swift and the customer service I received from Val was out of this world. She worked with us the entire time and gave us her full undivided attention. I really appreciate her because she was on her way to go home for the day and decided to stay just to help. She gave us all of the promotions, discounts and more! We even left with gifts. I strongly endorse this location if you’re looking to get started!GO SEE VAL!
