While I appreciate how quickly they were able to serve me and how kind the staff was, I overall had a poor experience. I requested a straight across trim of 3 inches with some facial framing. However, my hair turned out incredibly uneven. I politely requested the hairdresser to fix it, and she kindly attempted to. Although she was able to improve it, my haircut still remained very uneven. The pieces in the front on one side were much shorter than the other. Plus the 3 inch trim turned into 4.5, so my hair turned out much much shorter than I had wanted. This is disappointing, as I have engagement photos soon… I went to another salon and had them fix it. See before (Super Cuts) and after (Great Clips) photos. So I paid for two haircuts and the end result was much shorter hair than I had wanted. Not to mention, Super Cuts charged my card $75 for a $35 haircut several months ago. They said they would refund the difference, but I still have not received that money back.
