My wife and I recently closed a refinance with Supreme Lending and our experience was so extreme that I feel compelled to relate it to you.We worked with Jessica Swisher. We had an interest in getting a lower rate but had no specific goals or needs beyond that. As far as we were concerned it was a simple matter of getting a lower rate for the same terms as our existing mortgage. Ms. Swisher went the extra mile. Of course she provided us with our options but more importantly she took the time to learn our overall life plans and financial needs. Using that specific knowledge she then made a recommendation specific to our situation. The solution is not one we would have known about or pursued had she not presented it and there would be no reason for her to present it absent her dedication to giving us the best solution not just a solution.Further, she was very patient in explaining the merits and ramifications of various options. She was very responsive to our questions and kept the closing process moving at a brisk pace without being unpleasantly aggressive. As a result of her efforts the terms of our mortgage materially and meaningfully improve our household finances by fitting into our current needs rather than maximizing a theoretical benefit that we would likely never see (in this case a lower interest rate in 25-30 years).She is an exceptional representative of your company and deserves every bit of praise. If the other members of your team are half as good as Ms. Swisher then I imagine your office will be writing 100% of the mortgages in Dallas before long! I have already recommended Supreme Lending in general and Ms. Swisher specifically to others and I will continue to do so.

Hopefully this review will convince you to partner with Supreme Lending when looking for a loan! I did my research and this was the best. David Fann helped me throughout the whole thing, and made me a homeowner at 23 years old!! ALL WITHIN 30 DAYS!! Definitely recommend!

I received an email from Thomas Dutcher of Supreme Lending based on an inquiry I submitted via Costco site for refinancing options. His estimate provided a quote of 20 years (240 months) and the rate was not good so I politely declined. Here is his response: "I gave you a 30 year loan option, do you know something I don't? Rates are going up and will be that way for at least a decade or so. " A follow up email stated, "Rates are the same on a 20 year as they are on the 30 year so I am sure you can figure it out from there. I will remove your information, saving money isn't for everyone..." Very unprofessional and hostile with a superiority attitude. How can anyone predict rates by 10 years? Is this a sign of a person who is customer focused and reasonable?
