I've been going to Swank Salon for over ten years. Sherri is the best colorist I've ever seen. My color always holds up so well, and she's the only one who ever does my eyebrows without being specifically asked. In addition, her scissor skills are top rate. I have several cowlicks and Sherri cuts to accommodate them every time. Highly recommended!

I scheduled an appointment for a hair cut. I showed up 10 min early, and the door was locked. I called, and there was no answer. I waited unto my appointment time, and the door was still locked. I called again and still no answer. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

This is the second time I've had my hair styled by the wonderful people at the salon and I could not be more happier. They do their absolute best to fit you in. They display absolute hospitality and care while you're there. If you're looking for somewhere that actually cares about you, go here!

Sherri did a wonderful job with my hair! I haven't had a hair appointment in over 7 months and she took on the challenge. I like the way she gave me her honest opinion on how I should cut my hair. I feel like most stylists are afraid to give you their take for fear that you'll hate it and blame them. Definitely going back soon.

Patty is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life! We had trouble finding a parking spot so we had to park around the building and arrived late. When we got in the door she just stared at us. She exclaimed, “You could have parked , RIGHT THERE!,” waving both of her hands at the handicap parking space which we tried to squeeze in next to, but couldn’t fit. She then argued about the spot next to it being open. She simply stared and us until I asked her name. She said “Patty” and nothing else... more staring. I asked my daughter if she still wanted to get her hair done here because I was feeling uncomfortable with the rudeness. I told my daughter that maybe we should go somewhere else, to which Patty responded, “Yeah!,” As we left she said she was uncomfortable because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I had it right in my hand and forgot to put it on in the rush to get in. I told her she could have just asked me to put it on.. but I guess you can’t do that when you just stare at people. No attempt to be kind or even reschedule if 15 mins. was going to set them back. There was no one else in the salon. I understand some people may have mood disorders, but we need to reign in it at work. She wasted an entire week of our lives because we couldn’t get another appt. somewhere else until the following week. Heaven only knows what Patty would have done to my daughter’s hair had we continued. I hope the owner sees this and realizes Patty is ruining business for you.

Sherri, the owner, is incredible. She's been doing hair for decades and is on top of all of the latest products and devices for hair. You can ask her anything and you'll always get a straight forward, honest answer. She truly is a color expert for blondes, red or brunette. I'ved been them all.She's especially great for hiding gray hair w/o doing an overall color. That way you don't have to worry about roots growing in all of the time. If you're not sure of what you want to do OR how to go about doing what you want to do, she'll have all of the right answers. Check her out. You'll be glad you did!
