Very professional and responsive. I had offers from Give Me The vin, CarMax, carvana, and a couple others. Gave me excuses and backed off their offers and the others were just lowball. These guys were realistic about their offer and paid more than anyone. Easy and quick transaction and the car was picked up within 48 hours. I will do business again!

Great firm to work with. They didn’t play any games. We agreed to a price on a 2021 Yukon that didn’t change. Juwan was great. Very professional. He handled the closing in a very efficient manner. This is second time I sold a car to Texas Auto. I would do it again.

With all the scams out there, I was wary of any calls/messages I received after I listed vehicles on Facebook Marketplace in the past. Quickly after listing this vehicle, I was contacted by Adam from Texas Auto Value. They have been professional and not pushy (like other companies I was contacted by). The transaction was very professional and well organized. Communication was great! (The driver got caught in slow traffic and texted 2 hours before the meeting was to take place that he would be 10 minutes later than expected). I would highly recommend this company!

Process was great. Settled on a price over the phone. Rep (Gloria) met us at our bank did an inspection and road test. Then handed us cash, bank counted signed title and done. Wonderful experience and would sell to them again. Fair price and good process.
