“Recently visited another location in the area and wasn’t too happy with the service there as my first time visiting.
I was welcomed in by a kind worker at the front counter! I just want to say, everyone has grest style! There’s plenty of signs promoting the sale of the day which is super helpful! I want to start off by saying how impressed I am with the selection of clothing and shoes here! I had such an amazing time browsing and finding new accessories for myself, as well as a few shirts for my husband.
The Addison location could work on their customer service, but Richardson goes above and beyond for the shopper! I wish I remembered the cashier’s name, she was such a sweetheart. I will be returning to this location from now on😄😄”
“Excellent thrift store. Tried going when they were closed and was clued in that this was THE place to go because in the short time that we sat in the car deciding where to go instead 4 separate cars parked and also tried going in lol.
Finally got to go today. Was worried it would be overpriced because it looks kind of like a boutique in the front but was pleasantly surprised that the place has quality selections AND is cheap. Bought an old Sony player that goes for $50 online for $8 bucks. Some nice shoes that I promise are probably 80-$100 new for $10, and in general in looking at clothes everthing was either cheap or very fairly priced.
It feels like I haven't been able to find a real thrift store in a while. Goodwill is overpriced and the alternatives are expensive antiques or consignment stores which are good but not necessarily cheap. I will be coming back!”

“I decided to sell my clothes that I no longer liked and wasn’t going to wear. I was hesitant at first because of the horrible experience I had at the Uptown Cheapskate in Allen, TX but this location made it a great, quick and easy experience provided by the dedicated and hardworking associates, even when I called beforehand to confirm they’d still be taking items. They took 10 of my items and I made $28 which was more than I anticipated but that money helped greatly. I was able to use that money to buy essential products to get by until payday. Thank you!! ☺🫶🏻 I will totally be coming back to sell more and buy things too because there was a lot of cute items but I didn’t have the means to buy them at the time and needed to prioritize what was needed most with the money I had made.”
“This is a wonderful store! There is a ramp and handicap parking just down from the front door. This store has everything! Neatly organized and displayed. Please visit and or donate new or slightly used clothing, books, China, household items, shoes, purses, men’s clothing, toys, etc. Much to see and supports other organizations as well.”

“One of the larger TGs in the area! Lots of selection. Not as many racks for men as there are for women, and pricing could be a bit high... but still great value compared to the mall! There tends to be a lot more natural fibers here (linen, cotton) as compared to other locations, so it's good for people who sweat too much in polyester”

“One of my favorite thrift shops in the area. It's a small shop with a lot of personality and very friendly staff. Newer items and toys with some modern electronics and up to date brands but mostly older items. Perfect for finding 50s-70s items that are more "vintage" than just plain old. Lots of the items have been donated here directly so I love seeing what other have brought in to give a second chance. Great selection of glassware, small furniture, artwork, small electronics and books. Double check the CDs and DVDs to ensure the disc is inside, but other than that is place is amazing. Don't forget to get your loyalty card punched!”

As for the man sitting behind the desk, he may want to explore other roles as customer service did not appear to be top of mind. Hope he's at least pleasant to his coworkers. ?”

“Fantastic little shop! Don’t go for the service, the employees clearly don’t enjoy the work but hopefully we added some fun to their day.
Our party of 16 or so people decended upon the store today for a bday party. The theme? Draw a random name and pick out and outfit for them to wear to lunch we had reservations for.
We had a great time picking through the store and there was plenty of items that a lot of us got we plan to keep and use long term. Had a wide variety of clothing and prices.
I highly suggest checking it out sometime. Almost everything in these pictures was purchased in site except for maybe a pair of jeans or two. Enjoy!”
