They ship for an auction site. $40 to ship a small item. Had to reach out for a tracking info. No receipt. I've shipped 20 pounds for $32. I get there's handling fee but seriously $40 to ship a small package. Sad I won't be buying from the auction now. Use pirate ship people don't rob people.

I saw them being unkind to the dogs so I won’t be back. Who shoots a dog with a nerf gun? The dog looked frightened in the corner. Also, if you don’t want a dog jumping on the counter, then train it to stay down. Don’t allow it on the counter but then call it a bad dog and give your other dog a treat and make that one feel bad and not know why. All around bad vibes.

This use to be Tim's Mail Service. It was ran by a wonderful man. Since it has been taken over, downhill is the best description. For over 5 years I've had my mail delivered here. Whether I lived down the street or across town, this was the one constant in my life. Until now. Earlier this month, I missed a payment. I attempted to quickly attempted to resolve the matter. The next day, I drove from Denton to Addison to make a payment. They open at 11am. I was there. They were not. Waited ten minutes for someone to arrive, but no one did. I left and sent an email. When I arrived home, I sent them an email stating what took place and my desire to pay my balance. The next business day, I called and made the payment. Due to my busy schedule, I travel to Addison once a month. Last night was that day. It was after closing and when I checked my mail, it said my mail was on HOLD. But I am paid up for the month. When I called today, it was confirmed my account was paid up until December. Then why the HOLD? There was an error. A payment was made on the 5th and no one went back and removed the hold? I drove over 20 miles and now have to find time I don't have to go over again. This is not acceptable. There are more examples I could share, but this one took the cake.

I got a postal box here (Tim’s Mail Place) around 2016. Just getting out of a dark time and “starting over”, I didn’t want my home address public. Tim could not have been nicer- He shared some background regarding his family that really made me feel better.When I first adopted my dog, he was so afraid of men. Tim would try to give him a treat (he always kept them for his furry customers) and he would cower and not go near him. Tim never gave up, each time he would sit on the floor and talk so sweetly to my dog. Then one day my dog went to him and there was no turning back- He LOVED Mr Tim!!Yes, there were days when I went in there and he came across as “rude”, I knew it was not intentional. (My feelings were hurt and I asked his wife about it). There were just days when he was a little “off.” I understand because I have those days as well. Mine come across more as tears, but we are all different. I learned that giving grace is the kindest thing we can all do for one another.When I learned of Tim’s passing, I was devastated . I miss him every time I walk by! I will forever be grateful for the kindness he showed me and my furbaby!I will admit, the new owner has it going on! It’s like a different place! Very professional and efficient!!! The young girl who helps me now, as well as the owner are incredible!!I highly recommend “Addison Circle Post.”

Michelle was great! I came in today to ship items for my small business and she was so helpful! I watched her interact with other guests who weren’t so nice and she still maintained a positive and professional attitude! I’ll most definitely make this location my new shipping place. Only listing 1 star because I couldn't do half of a star... I went in thinking I should help a small local business vs. the US Post Office and received one of the most bad experiences of simple customer service I've ever encountered! I had to ship a plastic not fragile product and let Tim know I didn't want to pack with any packing peanuts because it was not necessary and I didn't want to pay any extra cost as a customer and he turned so surprisingly rude. I was dumbfounded! He then proceeded to tell me that he has 18 years of experience and knows best and won't pack my items or ship it without it... Then says I can take my items to mail elsewhere...This guy does not want to meet customers where they're at nor does he care if he gets repeat customers or not. Never going back! Be careful with Tim! He doesn't give a .....

Tim is helpful and knowledgeable about shipping rates, methods, etc. He always has the proper supplies for my shipoing needs. Tim also takes great care in processing my packages for shipping, ehich I do several times a week. Many of his PO box customers rent boxes here because of his consistent level of professionalism and reliability, even though they no longer live in the immediate area. The business is very dog friendly too. He also sells the products made by local artisans like books, original photos, paintings, laser cut wood objects and jewelry.

If I can give no stars I would! I send a package that was valued for about 1K. In the process of the package being shipped, it was lost. After working with FedEx for 2 weeks, they advised me to file a claim with the place I shipped the package. While in the process of trying to give him some insight of what was going on, he yelled at me, stated he's busy and has a business to run, and hung up in my face. I called FedEx to see if they can help me with the process (since he's too busy to listen to the issue at hand), and they told me that the payment would go to the shipper instead of me without his written consent. They also informed me that I would only get a $100 back because I didn't state the value of the package. I informed FedEx that I was never informed about that option and now the person who was suppose to receive that money is now stuck. I agree with the other person who said he is rude, defensive, and very unprofessional! Make sure you ask key questions to make sure you are taken care of because he truly doesn't care about the well-being of a customer after the package is shipped. I'm not looking for an handout or for him to pay for the content that was in the package, but I would like to be treated as a value customer who choose his business over others. Never again will I work with him or FedEx. Both of them have me search for options to resolve this issue on my own.
