The kid work the cashier knee I had prescriptions to be filled, but decided not to let me know. He is still rude and acts like he hates his job, if you don’t like what you do, then leave, so they can find someone who know how to treat customers.

First of all, nobody acknowledged me when i arrived. I had to bang on the counter after a few minutes to get someones attention. I had an rx to pick up with a goodrx card that came from my Doctor for Tom Thumb. The coupon said the rx was $44.45. The pharmacist told me the price was $104! I showed her the coupon and she said it's $104. Then she said they change prices all the time!? NOT DOUBLE! I use goodrx ALOT! She refused to honor the coupon! They need customer service training at this pharmacy! I'm going back tomorrow morning and hopefully there will be a pharmacist who knows how to process the coupon correctly bc the night pharmacist has NO IDEA! I will NEVER get another rx filled at this Tom Thumb!
Oh they also said that I was a new customer!? I filled several rxs there until 2014 and it's 2025. I should be in their system still.
UPDATE NEXT DAY...I went to the pharmacy during the day with my downloaded coupon from Goodrx. The nice young man with colorful hair got the coupon to work. Then the pharmacist said it will be abt 15 minutes to fill it AGAIN!? IT WAS JUST FILLED THE DAY BEFORE! The pharmacist from last night RETURNED the rx to stock even after I told her last night that I would be back the very next day! RIDICULOUS! If it weren't for the lowest price for the RX, I would NOT ever go back here!

The young man that checks you out is rude. He acts put out to do his job. He shoves everything into the bag and then asked if you have questions. One pharmacist was very rude when I called about questions about my medication. This place needs an overhaul of employees with people that are customer oriented and well trained. I don’t understand how this man with the many colors of hair still has a job. Worst customer service ever. I am about done with putting up with his rude behavior and lazy attitude.

Tom Thumb Marsh lane gets the job done. It's close and convenient to my home. I was able to pick up groceries and get my lab work done since there's a quest diagnostic inside.

I find this location is not for me! I don't like the pharmacist and the other staff are very unhelpful. I will not be going back there. I don't care for pharmacists who try to be the pill police. They refused to fill a prescription from my doctor. I have a brain and counseling about the rx would be appropriate but refusing to fill an order from my physician is totally unacceptable behavior. I won't subject myself or my Dr to such demeaning rude know it all attitudes.

The pharmacist working today (Saturday, October 21, 2023) has to be one of the rudest people I have encountered. She didn't speak to me about my prescription which is a first in the years taken it. The sticker on the medication bottle was so carelessly applied that you can't read the warnings because it's wrinkled. The guy working the register had his headphones in and the only words he spoke to me was to ask my birthdate. I'm used to there being a long wait at this pharmacy, but I'm not used to this type of rude people working there.

Just walked out of Tom Thumb on Marsh in Addison, TX. They had cokes on sale for 3/$10.89 and Blue Bell for $4.99 each. Went through self check out and cokes rang up at $8.99 and Blue Bell was also $8.99. I used my rewards card and downloaded digital coupons. I canceled sale. Walked out without any purchases. Talked with Corporate customer service and they were NO help. Said would refer to management. I will not be shopping at Tom Thumb or Albertson again. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I just moved to Dallas and had to get a new pharmacy and I highly recommend the Tom Thumb pharmacy. Mary goes above and beyond as a pharmacist to help me with my prescriptions, I am thankful for people like her.
