Very clean with a wide range of clothes. It being organized by color, types and lengths make it much easier and more efficient to search through racks. Cashiers and staff are always super friendly and patient.

This place is an amazing place to find great clothes and shoes for a great price. The clothes are great for work wear, athletic wear, and casual clothes. I’ve sold clothes here for a reasonable rate too. All around a great place to shop.

I wanted to try an alternative to Facebook marketplace, so tried this place three times and it was a let down each time. They are not transparent about their buying policies; today I called ahead to check their process and to make sure I brought it what they needed, but when I showed up 20 minutes later, the rules had 'changed' to store credit only. The staff is consistently rude and dismissive (especially the old blonde lady with the bandanna). Plus, their payouts are very low, they offered $10 for a $550 NWT leather jacket. To the people who work here: I understand this is not the most glamorous job, but find some purpose in your work and at a minimum try your best. It’s obvious you hate it here, you really don’t need to pass on your negativity to others.

I LOVE the Addison location! They have a GREAT selection of LUX items and the store is always fully stocked with affordable casual wear! I NEVER leave empty handed!!! I ALWAYS experience pleasantry from the PRETTY lady with the pink hair!!!😍
