Prices are bit higher than expected, but very organized. Staff is friendly. Large selection for women. Not much for men or kids. Focused on apparel mostly. They offer 10% off of you bring your own bag, but it doesn’t apply if it’s plastic which is dumb. Reusable is anything you can use more than once why should it matter if it’s plastic or not. Prices are fair.

I have come here many times and never had issues but two days ago really upset me. After checking not only their typical store hours, I also checked their instagram for buy hours. It said until five. So I made sure I was there by 4:30 to discover the buy counter was closed. The sales assistant said oh ya she left early. No indication inlije, no mention of it. I left early to make sure I made their own new deadline for them to completely turn me away. Then to have the audacity to say well “you can go to another store” as if it wasn’t already rush hour and the nearest store was in Dallas. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be coming back

I always find a gem - today I went (coincidentally wearing a shirt I’d thrifted from this same location years before) and I found a romper and some adorable handmade earrings! Staff is friendly (if you aren’t in their way while they restock) and there’s a discount if you bring in a reusable bag which is super nice.

If I could give a zero star I would.
The storyline is long, so let me break it down.
I made a drop off, where I did not want to donate the clothes they did not buy. They made a mistake in
1. Not informing me when my clothes was ready, no email, no call, and yet they expected me to communicate with them, when it's their responsibility.
2. They did not want to own up to their mistake, and not only that, they donated my clothes after I told them I WILL NOT BE DONATING!
3. NO apology, and had the audacity to not even give me the full amount in cash.
This is not the first time I sell to them. You would think they would have some decency to make things right after they made a mistake. But NO! Unfortunately this was my horrible experience, but just be careful.
