My motorhome was in California for 6 months and now it is back in Addison (it was stored here before) I was so happy there was a spot avilible. I was a bit worried about the change in ownership but all is well, as they kept Melissa. When I came in she still remembered my name (she is the best)!! I do wish the new app opened the gates via bluetooth instead of putting in a number like easycode did.

I've rented storage units before and have never had the customer service and care like this place and have only dealt with Melissa. She knows her job inside and out. She has always comunicated with me from start to finish. She is very kind, thoughtful, courteous and takes time to explain every detail.
I won't rent from anyone else besides this place and Melissa. Thanks so much.
