  Customer service is terrible. Website is basically worthless for managing your service, when you call them to accomplish basic tasks, like cancelling your service they transfer you multiple times. Internet was fast and pretty reliable, the customer service was just awful and so slow when there were issues.

  Internet keeps dropping out… June 2024 I’ve Tết this thing 5 times today. Customer service just sends me to India and I can’t even understand what they are saying… and I’m a foreigner. How about giving us a local number that’s in Texas that can actually help.

  Horrible service! Pay the outrages fees and do not have service have reported it since December
