Worst service ever. The service is continually down. My parents are elderly and the service goes down and they won't have phone service for weeks at a time. (Currently the phone has been out for almost three weeks) horrible. I DO NOT recommend Windstream to anyone!!!!!

This is the worst telecom provider ever existed. I'm talking from major and global experience with them as a director of telecom for large enterprises. So avoid the scam and steer away from them by all means.

We ordered their Internet service over a year ago and after two dozen phone calls still no resolution on their installation that doesn’t work. Now we’re getting collection calls for the monthly service that NEVER worked!! Worst company in the history ive ever dealt with for our business
