Horrible. First I had to talk to a robot that took my order wrong. Then had to deal with store employees that would rather hang out on their cell phones than try to fix the issue. Trying to contact corporate is futile. You are sent to an external website. Great job Wing Stop!

Went waited 1hr crew member cooking my wings“gotta use bathroom” returns WITHOUT WASHING HANDS, gets mad when I tell him to, owners son DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT OR HAVE EMPLOYEE WASH HANDS I WANT MY REFUND!!! Everything I got was BELOW SERVING TEMPERATURE AND NOT SAFE TO EAT!!!

We need store management to over see the cleanliness of their storefront. As managers, you should not be stepping over trash to enter your place of work that you supervise and not have this addressed.
