“Been going here for a few months now. Good equipment and plenty of space. Some awesome coaches that throw together the best workouts! Best of all is the community that makes the place all come together!!”

“It's sad to hear the news that CCC is closing its doors. I'll tell you my experience anyway If any of you ever follow Infinite Elgintensity, you'll see that there's no love lost between him and crossfit. His videos are all Cobra Kai on the crossfit community "no mercy." But then there's Joe. The man, who in my humble opinion, is the gold standard of what separates working out from training. I could easily plop down a few bucks at Gold's with a trainer, wait in line to use the squat rack, but some girl is using it to post pics on IG. I guess I could get some cardio by racing other people to the weights. Sure, but why would I? You don't get that nonsense at CCC. There's weights, squat racks, etc to get going. Just remember, I stepped through those doors, and Joe greeted me. It was like entering the Jedi temple and being greeted by one of the Master Jedi. Doing the Jedi Mind Trick, Joe waved me over. We went through the whole spiel, and I won't lie and say I wasn't mesmerized. This was the real deal right here. Medic in the army, several tours, worked with other soldiers to help them pass PT, etc------all on the list. I was thinking a year with this guy, and I'll be like Anakin Skywalker. I went in there weighing about a deuce and a half, and I left there a little under a deuce. I went from knowing what a pullup looked like to pulling off weighted pullups. I was deadlifting 380. There wasn't a moment in time when I remember pulling off these feats. After doing those pullups I felt like I could just say screw it and Tarzan my way home, but there weren't enough vines. Real talk, I look at myself at my last day there and think that was my peak self. Damn that's messed up. My peak self should be in the future not the past, right? Now I have to rethink my life. J/K I have to find a new place, but damn CCC is hard to beat”

“I have been working out at this gym for years and I couldn’t recommend it more! Nothing like a good ol’ fashion small town gym. It has everything you need and nothing but kind people! Also the management team is amazing from the sign up process to the first workout it’s easy and welcoming!”

“Come here regularly have nothing but good things to say except for the upstairs water fountains by the fitness cycles taste of severe mold!? Other than that I'd probably give it five stars.”

“The owners are down to earth and happy to see you when you walk in the door! The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient. My girls have been part of this gym for 7 years now. They have grown so much over the years! If you are looking for a volleyball club/gym to call home this is the place! Everyone is super friendly. They offer indoor volleyball and beach in the summer! Love this place never gonna leave!! It is a smaller facility so you do need chairs for tournaments, there are some available though. Concession stand has a variety of snacks and is not pricey at all!! There is a fun little volleyball swag shop if that’s your thing! Great place with great people!!”

“I had the pleasure of meeting with Chris B. We went over my goal for my fitness journey. He took the time to go over my long term goals. I since May have been on my own fitness journey but was looking for additional input because I'm not versed in fitness. Chris really focused on what I wanted my journey to be and what could be done to obtain those goals. We even did a pretty cool body scan (which I've never done) he took the time to explain in depth what the scan meant and to help me understand where my body is at now. We were even able to get a quick work out as I expressed to Chris that I wanted to lift/squat free weights but I usually go to the gym alone. So he showed me what I could do when I'm alone. My number one concern was to learn the technique correctly and Chris was able to meet my goals. I will be back to take advantage of the one on one training that's available. Thanks again, Chris!”
