WORST POST OFFICE IN THE USA!!! This is a very sorry excuse for a post office. The employees DON'T EVER want to work or help. They get upset and give you attitude if they do have to help you. I will NEVER EVER use this place again 😡😡

Rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. A simple question about a package that supposedly is unable to be delivered. The man is very condescending can tell he doesn’t give a shit about his job, but he’s a government employee so go figure. I believe his name is Phil. You can tell he’s never been popped in the mouth before

This is the worst post office I have ever been too. Staff is incompetent and wouldn’t accept my mail, they told me that it was incorrectly packaged. I have shipped thousands of these packages and never had a problem. Took my mail to another post office sure enough, it was accepted even when I told them it was denied at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different post office. My letters got denied acceptance because the staff probably didnt feel like scanning them all. I mean, the guy working the front was extremely rude and unprofessional the whole time so it’s safe to assume so.

Since shortly after the pandemic began I always drive from southeast San Antonio to this USPS for the excellent service and reassurance that my mail actually makes a departure from and arrival to AS IT SHOULD. No more trying to find HELP locating LOST items and mucho sleepless nights. The gentlemen running this place are professional and the atmosphere is safe and sound.

The absolute worst customer service!!! I cannot stress this enough. I would love to know how you have a job, get paid for it but don’t actually do it?! Unfriendly and unprofessional is a huge understatement. That bald guy need to get some.

This place has the worst customer service. The older man working the desk has no business in the customer service industry. He acted so bothered and all I was trying to do was purchase stamps. He was incredibly rude and I hope someone from management looks into this. I’ll never return to this location again.

Went to pick up my packages that were delivered 4 days ago, they counter person said that they haven’t put them in the box yet and that it’d be a couple more days before they do
