Since shortly after the pandemic began I always drive from southeast San Antonio to this USPS for the excellent service and reassurance that my mail actually makes a departure from and arrival to AS IT SHOULD. No more trying to find HELP locating LOST items and mucho sleepless nights. The gentlemen running this place are professional and the atmosphere is safe and sound.

The absolute worst customer service!!! I cannot stress this enough. I would love to know how you have a job, get paid for it but don’t actually do it?! Unfriendly and unprofessional is a huge understatement. That bald guy need to get some.

This place has the worst customer service. The older man working the desk has no business in the customer service industry. He acted so bothered and all I was trying to do was purchase stamps. He was incredibly rude and I hope someone from management looks into this. I’ll never return to this location again.

this person absolutely refused to help me make a claim on a lost money order. told me to go on line. it says on line that the claim has to be started by a postal employee. so I am just screwed out of $1000.00

I now understand why people want to defund the postal service. Postmaster, man with beard and older man named Phil are all terrible employees. If you are going to be in a customer service industry at least care about customers and listen. I hope next time I have to go to the post office none of these guys are working there anymore.

Employee was not wearing a mask when the law requires it and denied me tape. Tape is a cost of goods!! Who cares u spent $2000 in tape last year I spent $2000 in shipping alone last year and never been denied tape. I will now drive out my way to E. Houston PO and NEVER give you my BUSINESS again.

The gentleman with the dark hair, glasses, and religious tattoos is ALWAYS so rude!!! He does not have a Christian attitude towards his patrons. The last 5 times in a row I’ve been to this post office he has been so mean and rude to me and other customers I’ve witnessed that were in line before me. Not helpful at all and very negative. He should not be dealing with customers at all. So sad. I love and respect the USPS as a citizen so this is disheartening when my local station is so unpleasant to go to. :(

The most rude and patronizing staff you could ever hope to meet. Always an extreme displeasure going here. I've resolved to drive to the office on E Houston St. 15 minutes out of my way but worth it to not be treated like that.

Getting your package is basically a Russian roulette here. You never know what you're going to get. There have been times where we didn't get mail for a week at a time! There is one lady who was always nice and delivered every day, but whoever else they have working there just says they "attempted to deliver and left a notice" but never do either. This has happened to my neighbors many times.
