Completely rude staff member. Walked to the front counter to ask store associate if the restroom was open & was ignored after politely asking 5+ times. Walked to other register right behind associate and was once again ignored. Associate proceeded to walk out of the front door and continued to ignore me until I raised my voice again to ask & she turned around & told me “um no please quit asking”. Do not recommend this store. Young man there was much more polite. But the woman who was working the register has no business in customer service.

Good day. I visited your establishment on August 16, 2024, to purchase two frozen pizzas. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was spoiled, so I returned it to the store. The staff member I spoke with, however, informed me that I could not receive a refund because the pizza had been opened.
While I understand the store's policy, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service. I had just purchased two pizzas from the store, and one of them was inedible. I would have appreciated a more accommodating response from the staff member.
As a result of this experience, I am unable to provide a positive review of your store. I hope that in the future, your staff will be more understanding and accommodating to customers who encounter issues with their purchases.

Hire people who won’t just stand in the aisle and watch you wait at the register for a cashier while they stock the shelf. Just because there’s a self check out, doesn’t mean everything can be self checked out.

Went to this store the other day and got checked out by this kind, respectful, cashier. I think his name started with an “R” I can’t remember. The customer service is great, the staff helped me search the store for everything that I needed. Definitely coming back here soon.
