My wife went in this evening with her Army Certificate Service Animal and was harassed by a female employee. FYI my wife is a decorated US Army Soldier who survived a road side bomb and has metals for serving. My wife needs her service animal to help her with her head trauma and seizures! So upset I Promise none of my soldiers will Ever enter that store! Your female employee was racist rude and quite frankly a lazy women who when my wife offered paperwork to verify our service animal didn't even get up to check Instead rolled her eyes and huffed! This store doesn't support Military Veterans.

I have been a customer here for over 7 years. Tonight when I went in to buy Vuse cartridges (as I have done twice a week for YEARS NOW) I was told they could not be sold to me without ID. I am SIXTY TWO YEARS OLD!!!! And really angry! I know about "carding" I am TABC Certified. I walk to this store, so I WALKED HOME to get my ID and WALKED BACK. The clerk continued to point to the "ID REQUIRED" sign on the counter. If corporate is demanding this, alter the policy to include a modicum of COMMON SENSE!

I had two separate purchases. The first purchase was for a bottle of water. I get to the counter and Kia rings up the bottle of water and it rung up more than what was marked on the shelf. When I let her know that the price is incorrect, she shrugged her shoulders and said, “I don’t make the prices.”The next purchase was for ten packages of cigarettes. Kia asked me for my ID. I handed it to her. I notified her that this is the only Circle K that actually scans the IDs and that they should make this policy universal. She snaps at me and says, “I can’t worry about other stores I don’t work there.”From start to finish. Kia’s attitude and demeanor was negative like she did not want to be at work. She did not smile or have a welcoming attitude. She did not say thank you or give me a bag. This not what I expect from the assistant manager.The African-American lady that is usually there is caring courteous, helpful, and friendly. If Kia did not feel like being at work she should have called in. She looks like a beached whale with a bed head.
