Site doesn't work. Getting ahold of someone to get a prescription status is near to impossible. No one EVERS answers the phone. And you wonder why they are hurting as a business. Throw customer support out the window to save a penny, and guess what? No one wants to do business with you? Imagine that....

Solid Pharmacy service, provided immunizations, and answered questions regarding medication or store related inquiries. The front clerk provides excellent customer service, since I asked for an item I could not find they went to go find it and pointed out where to look next time with patience and courtesy.

I have learned from my personal experience not to expect anything more than minimal service from this pharmacy. I've been mislead and misdirected by the pharmacy staff more than four times in the past year in my efforts to try to get the appropriate medication and in a timely manner.

I was in a rush about 30 mins ago and I asked "Excuse Me" aloud at the front counter to be checked out and my coupons scanned. The front lady rushes to me and says "If you don't calm down I'm going to call the cops!" I said "What's the point in that? I can just shop somewhere else!"
Such Nerve they rub off onto everyone

As a prescriber I sat on hold to speak with the pharmacy for 37 minutes before I called from a second office phone. From start to finish I was on the second phone for 7 minutes while my first attempt was still on hold for 44 minutes before I hung up. Working at a clinic, I don't have 44 minutes to waste
