We had a birthday party scheduled here this weekend. We got to the location 15 before the party started to setup and walked in and were immediately greeted with hot air. It's 100° outside today, but the average temperature inside was 95°.HVAC problems? Nope. As we were told by associate when we asked, the Little Gym team were just getting here and just turned on the AC. I was then told by a different associate that the place cooled down quickly. Not in 10 minutes before everyone shows up. Only a small desk fan to help move air. This was a scheduled event and these temperatures are dangerous for 15 kids to be running around in. The technology is widely available that allows you to control the thermostat from your phone. Ecobee, Nest, Honeywell, etc.I'm very unhappy about how unprofessional this operation is. As a small retail business owner myself, I understand not wanting to run the AC when no one is there. However, if you have a pre-scheduled event involving children, maybe you need to drop by 2-3 hours in advance to make sure the place is cooled off.Terrible customer experience.

My daughter loves to come because she says she can learn, have fun and make friends. Ms. Parker is very caring and patient with her students and we appreciate her thoughtful approach to teaching!

Had been trying to get in contact with them for nearly a month about enrolling my little one. Even stopped by to try but there was no one there to help me. I was assured I would be reached out to by management but never was.I called the other location in town and was immediately helped and enrolled. Avoid this location.

Tried to cancel my daughters membership due to scheduling conflict and the optional class they offered being too crowded. They continued to charge my card for months when I called the card company and got a pay back they are now texting and calling harassing me that I need to pay for services NOT rendered.Edit to add: she is now texting HARASSING us threatening to escalate “the matter” due to this review.

Loved little gym when my son was little. This location was different. Even though my daughter did enjoy going, I noticed a difference with the staff and owner. When children were struggling they just let parents deal with them. They did not encourage them to participate. This did not happen with my child, but others. My child always got sick after going there. When I wanted to cancel it took so long to reach someone one to find out how. I emailed the owner and left several messages. When I finally reached them I had to go in person to fill out a form. The owner did not even say a word or look me in the eye while I was there.

We had a membership here, but had to cancel it because of scheduling conflicts. We filled out all the required paperwork and gave proper notice we were canceling. After the fact they continued to charge us the monthly fee. We called numerous times and left multiple voice-messages about this and no one ever returned our calls, or answered the phone. I would strongly recommend against this place.

We had something come up so we needed to reschedule. We tried to reach them for over an hour before our drop off time through calls, texts, email and voicemail and no answer. When they finally got back to us they were unwilling to reschedule or refund. The bigger issue is that they were unresponsive while in the custody of peoples children.

Great pricing and my 4 year old loves it. Every Saturday, she does an hour blend of Ballet, Tap and gym exercise and really enjoys it with the other kids.

I have been a fan of little gym for 6 years now. I used to take my daughter to classes at one of the Austin locations. It will make your parent heart so happy to see your baby in such a happy environment. If you are fortunate enough to have the flexibility of time, health, and support, this is the place for you. Don't read any further. I am sadly learning that this is not the most supportive place for single, working parents, in a pandemic. We have so many "make up" classes stacking up because of their lack of classes in the early evenings and weekends. They used to offer open gym times, so at least you could take your little in for open play time to get the most out of your membership and payments. This is sadly no longer the case. And with the 30 day cancellation policy, you are basically making a large donation to the little gym if you are no longer able to attend on the only day and time you were even able to fit it in your schedule in the first place. If you can afford that donation, I'm happy for you. But if you are a good hearted parent, with a limited schedule, your money would be better off going towards a zoo membership.

I love the way all of the staff are so good with the children. They try to keep them on task without restricting them too much, they encourage them to try things they may be unsure of and praise them for following directions and doing well. I love the different themes of each week to incorporate various skills. The Parents survival nights are a bonus. The different payment options are convenient as well.
