“This establishment is one of the most helpful ever! Ms Adriana Rodriguez is such a wonderful and helpful person! I had a problem with a “Robert Elizalde” State Farm agent from Edinburg… that Edinburg establishment just simply wouldn’t answer my calls and emails of my request to cancel with them. I called this place in Weslaco to ask if I could do the cancellation anywhere or it had to be specifically in the one I opened the policy. Ms. Adriana Rodriguez was so kind and aside from responding to my questions also offered to call them herself and see if they would answer her. Guess what?!… They answered! Meaning my specific number (calls) where being ignored and others could easily come in and get answered.
This morning I mistakenly confused the names and gave this office a bad review instead of that other office. but I am here repairing the mistake by saying that this place does give it its best to help customers or possible customers. Thank you Ms Adriana Rodriguez you are awesome!”
