Horrible experience, and I'm sure they're stealing medication. I went to pick up medication that I had requested again from the doctor, and she told me she sent the prescription last month. Today I went to pick it up, and the woman told me I had already picked it up last month. And regarding a refill I have, she told me they gave me three bottles for three months, which isn't true. I'm going to file a report with the state insurance company so they can audit them.

This HEB pharmacy has one pick outside pick up line. The wait is 40 minutes or more to pick up the medicines. This is not acceptable. HEB can do better.

They are horrible! I took my prescriptions on Tuesday which were needing to be filled fast since it was antibiotics. They stated they would call me as soon as they were ready. They never called me. On thurday I called again and was advised that medication was ready but that to bring in insurance since they didn’t have one on file. Mind you insurance had been given to them the day I took in the prescriptions. Never using H-E-B pharmacy again!

Had issues with my Rx, but totally out of the hands of HEB. Gentleman in drive thru was very nice and helpful although the issue was more from the insurance side. I really appreciate the face to face pickup window as my rx has a large packaging than the usual which doesn't fit in the pneumatic tube at other locations. Quick service for having multiple cars in front of me. Thank you!

What a disappointment horrible service etiquette. There hasn’t been one time that I have my prescription filled within the 24 hours. They make it seem as if they were dispensing candies and not medication your illness can wait go home come back within 32 hours they might have it ready but might not…. Wait for season 2 the outcome.

They could at least provide better customer service .. if they are not going to have your prescription ready, when they said they were and even though you requested the day before.... not all staff is with their horrible attitude... but most of them are.

I am not sure how this Pharmacy has such big reviews. They have really been dropping the ball. Many times we have received a confirmation from our physician that they faxed our medication there...but Alamo HEB claims they never received it. So obviously it doesn't get filled. Other times they have said our medication would be ready at such and such time, but when we go to pick it up...not only is it NOT ready, but they didn't have it in stock! They didn't call to let us know so we could try to find it elsewhere. They just did nothing. Hello! Isn't that part of their job description? To keep us informed? We have finally gotten so fed up, we are transferring all our meds to a different Pharmacy. DO better Alamo HEB Pharmacy!
