My husband and I decided to go to a different H&R in a different city since the one I went to in Weslaco were bad. We went to this one in Alamo with an appointment for 6pm. We show up and there is no one in the front and several people waiting. When a lady finally came to the front we told her we had an appointment. She stated that the lady we had appointment with was not in yet and if we wanted to just leave our papers, we said no so we waited. Almost an hour later and asked her again. Can you check if she is on her way and she stated no but we can leave forms with her. Phones were ringing like crazy and no one else there working. Very unprofessional. My husband and I will not be going back to H&R again.
