1st of all you have to give this location a 2/3 star rating just to comment on here. The owner of this establishment deserves no stars. She is a “Cara vemos corazones no sabemos” señora. She is nice just to get u to rent out her palapa. After the event is held she refuses to give back your deposit. Countless of people have mentioned this situation. We have every right to comment about facts that happened with this establishment. It’s sad that we had no toilet paper during our event. Be careful take photos of establishment when you leave the premises to protect ur back. If u do decide to rent it out don’t expect to get your deposit back.

I would like to rate this establishment a 1 star due to the lack professionalism. The contracts that the owners tried to get me to sign were completely contradicting. It states on one form that no glass bottles are allowed on the premises whatsoever no exceptions but on the clauses and conditions it states we cant take any glass bottles except liquor bottles. When asking her if i may take the liquor bottles after all just to be on the safe side she raised her voice and changed her tone to an extremely defensive manner. I tried to look past her attitude in hopes i could rent this establishment for my child's birthday party. But unfortunately she appears extremely defensive about the contracts and doesn't like to be questioned. I do not recommend this place for any event due to it being owned by an extremely high risk scam artist. PLEASE DO NOT DUE BUSINESS HERE!

i went to a quince yesterday and literally the venue looked so much better then the pictures..
i understand the low reviews but it seems it’s there problem for not following the rules?? the pool looked so good (didn’t get a chance to get in ), the women bathroom looked so clean and nice i was in love with the green leaf wall?and yes it was a lil hot but its okay? (it also had a cute little garden next to the restrooms) after all i had so much fun and the venue looked beautiful highly recommend it for any party!!

Excellent place to host a Party. I had my son’s 15 Birthday celebration here. What I don’t understand is why there’s people complaining about not getting their deposit back, all you have to do is simply follow the rules. We received ours without a problem.

Lady and her husband are really nice.
We got our deposit back and I mention this because all the low ratings talk about not receiving their deposit.
They basically have 3 rules
No glass containers
No food and drinks in the pool
And you have 15 mins for clean up.
We had a great experience and we will book again.

Had an event there for my daughters birthday party, the place is nice and clean restrooms where very clean, owner explained rules of venue and the man in charge was very nice only saw him once when he went to turn lights on for us pool is very spacious and clean over all a nice place for events

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! WORSE SERVICE VERY RUDE LADY. THEY JUSTIFY AN ANYTHING TO KEEP DEPOSITS. THEY ACT REALLY NICE BEFORE YOU SIGN. THEY DONT DESERVE NOT EVEN ONE STAR. SHES SUPERVISING THE WHOLE EVENT AND DIGGING THE TRASH LOOKING FOR GLASS BOTTLES THAT WAS VERY DISGUSTING AND MAKING MY GUESTS FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ,PLUS CALLING AND TEXTING YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING SHE DOESN'T LIKE. RESTROOMS ARE ON A VERY BAD CONDITION .NOT RECOMMENDED.

The worst place in the world, pardoning children, aggressive, ordinary, vulgar, thief, never rent a place like this, no matter what it says and how it defends itself, as a place of service it can never serve its customers like this, so many comments bad people can't be wrong, the bathrooms are dirty, without locks, I turn off the lights in the middle of the party and children in the bounce house, potentially causing damage and recording the children in the bathrooms, if you are moms or dads and you love your children, never rent a place like that.

Terrible experience, I went as a guest to an event there and I do not recommend it, otherwise you want your children to be verbally attacked, photographed and recorded throughout the event.
