Installer was installing for a neighbor and just took the liberty of walking into our property w out permission. Private property. When I asked him about it he smirked and acted like its no big deal. My mother is elderly and lives alone.Very disappointed. Called the office to complain they never called back. Gonna take it up with spectrum directly. Very unprofessional.
