My father has an old and I do mean old phone. He would not change or buy a new one. Even if his life depends on it. We went to the store because he couldn't make or receive calls. The employee was very nice and fixed the issue. Thank you for helping me make my father day ????

Very bad people. They lied to me and took my money. Don't trust this location. Store owner won't own up to problems, instead he fires or "relocates" employees to brush problems away instead of fixing them. Worst store in town. Don't waste your time.

They Are LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE! they will "guarantee" things then go back and claim they never said that. Worst experience ever. The manager was supposed to calm me several time and never called once. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

I don't recommend metro pcs next to whaterburger there phones are slacking I have proof and showed them proof that sometimes it doesn't work and freezes not only mine but my husband's too!! They said they can't refund " they can only order a new phone well they did and it didn't work either this has never happened I been with metro pcs for a good while these phones where high price nothing cheap so never again coming here and i will not recommend this place at all , waste of money

Not sure who the woman is working in the morning, but she obviously hates her life. No smiles, no greeting, not a single word. Might as well have nobody working in this place because it wouldn't make a difference.

I usually pay elsewhere because the service here is so bad. But every once in a while I have to come here for the convince that's it's down the street from where I live. Last month I had to do this however their employee Luis took my payment and he was actually really nice and helpful and always had an answer to my questions so when I walked in today to give my payment I actually wanted to upgrade unfortunately the employees that were there were rude and didnt know anything every time I asked a question. Hire more employees like Luis!!!!!! That know their product!!!!!!!
