The showers now have hot water again, which was appreciated by members. However, the gym can get quite packed in the afternoon, and some staff may be less friendly at times, though others are very nice. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, similar to older gyms like Gold’s GYM on Dove in McAllen. The front desk staff, including a tall girl known for her helpfulness, makes the experience better, and the alarm system, though loud, is effective. Many locations are open 24/7, providing flexibility for members with busy schedules.
