I received this package at my doorstep. I did not appreciate the condition of the box as it was delivered. I went to my local post office and explain the situation. Their response was that the box was not damaged at their facility. My concern is the package was not scanned to backtrack where the damage took place. My concern is the lack of accountability as far as the intention to find where the damage took place. The package was mailed in a box that signified the packaging price was paid by the sender, intending good condition upon delivery. Best customer service practices would dictate a stronger system of accountability

Just bought a house in the area and was trying to get my mail setup so I went and one of the staff there told me I need a water/electric bill or the deed to the house. I tried to explain to him I just bought the house so I won’t be getting a bill till next month he said he can use the deed instead. I came back next week cause of work but I got the same guy and he kept insisting on the water/electric bill even though he told me last week he can use the deed! Then he said he needs two verifications to setup my mail! I went to city hall explained what happened and the lady gave me a slip and I came back to the post office thankfully that guy wasn’t there (I think his name was Johnathan) and the other staff helped and finished in 2 minutes!

They're always friendly, helpful, full of information, and extremely patient. The place is always clean. The other patrons are always nice too. I've never been to a sweeter post office. The only drawback: short office hours. Oh well, it's probably why they're so awesome!

Friendly staff, clean facility, but for a post office they have not enough supplies for shipping your packages, make sure you have a box, taped with the return label ready to go, because this post office has no packaging tape. They don't carry many boxes for shipping. And they really open at 1:30pm as it shows on Google maps. Door open at 8:30am for P.O Boxes.

I just called the Alamo Post Office! They know me by name because I have bought THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of stamps(NO HYPERBOLE)!!The person I talked to would not even look up one zip code for me!Time for me to find a different post office!

They claim a package was delivered at the mailbox. It wasn't. I opened a case up to find out what happened. They replied with an email saying it was delivered at the door. I have cameras. Nothing was delivered. They didn't even let me respond or care that a package they claim was delivered originally to a locked mailbox was not actually delivered. Trust. Gone. Had to pay out of pocket for another item and another currier to avoid using this post office. Guess what different currier delivered to the house. Camers show it. Wow.
