Store manager needs to be replaced she stands at the counter with other customers talking about other customers i would go there if I had a nother choice I have also heard her telling other employees about what she heard about customers I know I am one of them it needs to stop I spend to much money there for that as do everyone else.

Just went to Dollar General in Alba to get two items. One young man with long dark curly hair and and older lady that was trying to sweep while young man was talking non stop. I went to self checkout and did my transaction. It told me to remove my card, but never gave a receipt. I pressed the call button but obviously did no good since phone was in the cradle. I yelled several times and walked around. Nobody came. I walked ouy.

My wife and I were just in the store here in Alba, Tx. Along with several other customers had to walk around and locate the two employees who were at the back corner of the store. They knew there were customers waiting to check out and they still would not come to the front. We ended up using the self check out and weren't able to get items employees have to get for you. I immediately called corporate and filed a complaint.

A heavy set girl with black hair name Jennifer refused to wait on a customer went as far as telling her to use self checkout or leave when the lady protest she threatened to call law enforcement on her to have her removed from the store I will never step foot in this store
