Ok folks... hands down the sweetest, hard-working group of ladies. If your child works here you are an amazing parent. I was provided so much information about the services provided and I was in and out. Kwik wash is true about kwik. Desiree I think her name was and the drive thru booth lady answered all my concerns and questions. Thank you all I'll be back!

I have been going to this car wash for years and love it. It’s convenient, I have a membership so I generally get my car washed several times a week. The staff are nice and always do a good job.

Terrible vacuums if you can even call them that. They have zero suction. Its unbelievable.

Service & equipment have gone downhill since management change last year. Vacuums haven’t worked multiple times. Detailers haven’t been available for hand washing options multiple times. No more towel dryers.

My son's side mirror got tangled and ripped off during the car wash. An incident report was filled out only to find out that their policy states they are not responsible for damage caused by their car wash on cars older than 5 years old, even if car is in good condition. Disappointing to say the least. If your car is older than 5 years old, beware. We'll go elsewhere going forward.

Absolutely avoid this wash. I’m a local and this place has gone down hill and continues to do so. I paid 35 dollars for an inside / outside wash and they almost did nothing. When they told me my car was complete I was surprised because they had been wiping it down and vacuuming for less than 10 minutes. I gave the kid $5.00 for a tip and then noticed that the bugs were still on the front- water still dripping and drying everywhere, leaving water spots and the interior was barely wiped down.I started cleaning it myself with their rags and the two guys in their little room barely looked up from their phones. The only reason for one star is after I called a few minutes later the manager refunded my money. I won’t be back and suggest you don’t waste your time going.Services: Auto detailing

Do not use this car wash. I’m not sure but think it is now the Washhouse or still Kwick Wash. Our vehicle got beat up by a CB antenna from previous car that went through. The brush ripped the CB antenna of the truck and cord got wrapped around the brush and the big magnet beat our suburban all down the side and around the back! It got caught in one of the brushes. Gave them a week to sort things out like manager asked only to call today and him tell us sorry not responsible!!! I would leave no stars but that’s not an option!! They claim no responsibility!!! It wasn’t our fault they let a vehicle go in before us with a CB antenna!

people are always friendly but lack in completeing job. selected the $49 in and out cleaning and got home and my seats still had dirt on them, front lights had dirt on them and bumpetr/ wheel wells dirty.no going back.

This place use to be decent, not anymore. Soap all over the vehicle after leaving the wash tunnel, half the vacuums have the suction head missing, other half have no suction, place is dirty and no towels to dry off your vehicle. I’ll drive two exits west to get a decent car wash for the same price. Too bad, this place had potential.Services: Vacuuming
