Whether today only to find out the elevator 1 was broken and told to use elevator 2. Elevator 2 only goes to the 3rd floor and my unit is on the fourth floor. Frustrated that I was expected to carry things up stairs to the final destination, so took it back home. There are never enough carts to use for the number of people storing things. The office is never open. I have been there several times too. The storage space is nice however.

We've never gotten a storage unit before and Tabitha was a great help. she explained everything clearly and was very friendly. 10/10 recommend

Tabitha was very helpful and kind, she kept checking on me to make sure i was okay when I was by myself in there and the lights kept turning off. Very kind staff!

It was so easy once you signed up to access the building. It was very clean and even smelled clean. The lock was inside the unit when we first got there. All very easy, very user friendly.
