I’ve rented from this unit for five years and found out today they are renting my same size unit for $75. We are paying $117 with military discount because I’m lucky enough to be a longtime renter and that was rate in 2019. Nice to know how long time renters are treated. Never missed a payment. Interestingly, I called about getting a bigger unit and that’s how I found out the rate of my unit.
Edit for reply- I was offered same price as website for my unit size of $75 for an additional unit. Not a special offer. Good customer service is NOT overcharging loyal customers!!!!

Annetta Storage was a great place to keep my RV, covered parking, convenient to get to, and easy access off of FM5 so could not a been a better place and will use them again in the near future!

Annetta storage has a special place in my heart. The owner reached out to me just to let me know there was thief activity in the area, but had already beefed up security and paid for a security guard until they were caught. I wouldn’t doubt it if the owner himself set up his own stakeout operation to catch the thieves. I’ve never had that level of support from a storage unit, and most the time you’re dealing with a property manager but they own and operate their own space and you can tell the difference from the first phone call. I highly recommend Annetta storage if it’s in your area.

The process was incredibly easy online. Melanie reached out promptly to me as soon as the office opened, made sure I got the best price and the process took less that 10 minutes. There is plenty of space at the site and everything was top notch. Glad I found these guys.
