We had a great experience with Bearcat Storage. The location is convenient, the units are nice and clean, and the price point is on par. The staff was always responsive and friendly.

This storage space is clean secure & if you have questions there is someone always a phone call or email away. I did everything over the phone but if you want to meet someone in person they are willing to do so. Very easy process all around and very kind, fast customer service. Thank you!! I would use them again.

I have used many different storage facilities in my 70-years and this is by far the best. It is always clean and tidy, and the staff is remarkably kind and accommodating. I had a situation last evening; where I wasn't sure if I'd be able to fit a truckload of furniture into my unit. With a simple phone call they offered me two units to use as backup/overflow, just in case. Great folks and a great facility. John in Aledo

I stored an RV here. The place has new ownership and they have made many improvements. When I parked my RV, the spots weren't even numbered and it was very tight to maneuver into the spot. Since new ownership, they cleaned up all the junk in front of the parking spots and added numbers.The price is a bit high. over $90/mo for a parking spot. There's other RV storage near, some higher, some lower. I think 65-70/mo is fair.The whole system is automated to get in. They had a kiosk when I moved in, I believe now its through the website. To get out of the "lease" I just called and they had me send an email. Pretty easy. Would recommend.
