We love this store and every piece of furniture and accessory we've ever bought from them. Even if we are not in the market to purchase something new, we love dropping by and chatting with Mr. Brumbaugh - he loves the military and its veterans (gives a discount), and is so knowledgable about Fort Worth, the furniture business, and what exemplary customer service is all about. When we were picking out a new sofa, ottoman, rugs, and barstools from the floor to take home with us, he told us that if we were not happy with our purchases after seeing them in our home, he would pick up what we didn't like and would do whatever it took to make us happy. Now - that's a furniture store I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for high-end furniture! And - word to the wise - if you drop by just to chat, chances are you'll see something you can't live without!

Reading some of the other reviews, I feel like those people had unreasonable expectations or there was some bad luck for their visit, and good luck on mine. The place is crowded and almost cramped with some really great pieces. We went in looking for couches but walked away with some quality furniture for my Study. They have so much there! The sales lady, wish I remembered her name, was amazing. She had us put our feet up and relax to really feel out the furniture. Seriously this woman went above and beyond her job to be pleasant and conversational with us. Can't wait to get my chairs in my house, but I am also lucky to have already a positive memory and good drink enjoyed during the shopping experience!

Jessica was a great and conscientious salesperson, but this store is just not my style nor my price range. The furniture is overpriced, oversized and overuses cowhide! The rugs however are reasonably priced and it's a fun place to visit to see unique and well made pieces. If you've got money to burn and a big ostentatious place for big ostentatious furniture, this could be the place for you.

Great place to shop for carpeting and the installers are great guys including Tony and Francisco. They have installed carpeting in our home and have repaired carpeting also. I highly recommend that.
