I had a concern with my cat’s eye and needed to establish care as I moved to DFW recently. My girl was immediately taken back and the vet tech was incredibly kind to my baby and super patient with me and my billions of questions. The vet was SO kind and patient as well. Wonderful staff, and affordable! I cannot recommend this place enough! :-)

We were referred to this practice by my son and DIL, as his two Doodles are seen there. Our first visit went awesome. The dog had the most thorough exam she's ever had. She received the usual flea, tick and heartworm meds. She also needed some blood work after her physical exam findings and at our election. Dr. Kingston and her staff were so gentle, so informative and so reassuring of our concerns. Fast forward two weeks to our second appointment...we needed to return to confirm or disprove a blood test result for our dog. I received a call this afternoon from an office member stating that we'd been overcharged today on the blood redraw. Apparently, we were charged for a test that the dog didn't need. However, just the retest of the initial draw was the only one needed and would therefore be charged for. We elected to take a credit for the difference as we found out during her initial exam two weeks previously, that she needs minor surgery. I was astonished, we would have never known that this test was ordered and charged in error. I'm so impressed by their honesty to call and refund the charge. This test could have been in prep for her surgery, would we have known? No. Would we have assumed that this was a necessary charge? Yes, we would have and we'd have never known. We're so impressed! Honest, caring, informative, unrushed through the appointment, unreal care and concern for your pet, any question answered...we just can't say how much we were impressed by them, their genuine love of animals and respect for humans. You will absolutely love Dr. Kingston, her staff and this office. They're true professionals.

Love this vet clinic!! We've seen 2 different vets at Clear Fork, one with my dog and one with my cat. Both have been wonderful, super thorough and very helpful. The vet techs and receptionists are incredibly friendly as well and we've never had to wait long after arriving to be seen. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had the worst day of our lives today putting our sweet boy down, but clear fork made the process as easy and straightforward for us as possible. We are so very thankful for their compassion and kindness.

I called after my lab had a problem walking. They took him right in, discovered he had a deep puncture wound to his right foot that had gotten infected. Took great care of him.

Called at 8 AM got a 10:30 appointment. Every staff member I dealt with was very friendly & helpful. This will be our Vet from now on & they will be getting my recommendation when others ask. They didn't try to over charge on anything.

The front desk staff is extremely rude! They never call you back with lab results. It's over $600 every time you walk in to the place and then no one ever knows what's wrong bc labs are within normal limits so they shrug.

Absolutely zero communication. I took my daughter’s kitten for a rabies vaccine and also told them he needed to get neutered. The first visit cost $140. They told me I needed to come back for a visit the following week for a neuter consult with a different Vet. The Vet Tech was annoyed when I asked, “why is our cat getting another exam when he just had one last week. They literally asked all the same questions a week ago and charged me another $140. Why wouldn’t they just make an appointment for 1 Vet instead of me paying for two appointments when only 1 was required. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here. Money wasted!

This team is lead by a person who is fully engaged in being the absolute best vet that can be had in Parker County. Bar none. I am so happy they chose Willow Park/Aledo as their operations base. Thank you Clear Fork.We have known them since 2005. We will not go anywhere else. They are golden. God bless you.
