Absolutely awful. Dr sent in a prescription for a family member in pain (same day we saw the Dr.) Patiently wait for CVS. CVS never fills the prescription. Sends us a message 4 days later that we need to call the pharmacy for action. Call them and tell us they dont have it but we can drive 2.5 hours away and get it from another CVS. Ask the pharmacist why they didnt just notify that they didnt have it and we could have gone somewhere else. Says because they didnt have it. Ridiculous 3rd world attitudes that don't care about people.

What good is a pharmacy that is not even open during displayed and advertised hours? Now my kid gets has to wait 12 hours to get the medicine they need. Seriously think to yourself, do I want to get the medicine my family needs in a timely manor. If you answer yes to that, don’t use this CVS.
And before CVS corporate responds with some canned and worthless response. This is not “my experience” this is you need to do what you say you are gong to do. And this isn’t “feedback you can use to improve”. It’s a plea to my local neighbors that CVS is not worth the risk.

Had issues with this pharmacy once before but decided to give it another try. This time it took the cake. Technician told me they were out of stock of the medication. Mind you.. my wife was there two hours before because she was notified it was in stock ready. She went to pick it up but was given a price not quoted before. I told her let me contact our insurance and get back to her which it should’ve been $75 less than the price they gave. I asked her how is it out of stock when we were here just two hours ago, and she said they have “new trainees”. I said okay what happens to the drug if we didn’t pick it up earlier and I was told they would be put on hold in these situation. I asked her okay then where is our prescription and she could not give me an answer and tried to dodge the question by saying they had to refill the prescription and it won’t come until 4 days later. Horrible accountability, service, and my interactions with this individual clearly indicated she does not have the skills to properly fulfill her job. Will never be back.

Dear CVS Customer Service,
My name is Sandy, and I visited the CVS located in Aledo, TX on June 15th at approximately 7:15 PM to purchase a Father’s Day gift for my husband. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the way I was treated by staff.
After selecting a gift, I decided to browse the clearance section and found a couple of L'Oréal shampoo bottles. I brought them to the front counter to check the price and was assisted by a tall, thin man wearing a black mask, whom I later learned was the store manager. When I asked him to confirm the price, he informed me that the items were not on sale. I mentioned that there were about 10 other bottles on the same shelf, but he dismissed my concern and did not offer further assistance.
Seeing that he was unwilling to help, I approached another employee—a shorter man with red hair and a beard—who kindly offered to check the items for me. We returned to the aisle, and he scanned all of the items in the clearance section. He discovered that none of them were ringing up as discounted and explained that the tags had not been removed, which created confusion. I suggested that, under the circumstances, the store should honor the clearance price. He consulted the manager, who refused.
The employee then apologized and mentioned that the manager was known to be difficult to deal with. He suggested I return the next day when a different, more flexible manager would be on duty. I appreciated the employee’s effort, but I informed him that I had no intention of returning to the store after the way I had been treated.
I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Customers should never feel like they’re being treated as if they’re asking for a favor. It's unfortunate that this negative experience now reflects on the store, and although CVS is conveniently close to my home, I would rather drive farther to shop somewhere I feel respected.
Thank you for your time and attention.

I didn't want to give 1 star! But you have to in order to give a review.
The staff in the pharmacy are rude, condensending, and ignoring your presence while at the service counter.
Their actions and personalities are those of a person who doesn't like their job and bothered to provide a service to the customer.
This is when I'm at the pharmacy.
When calling, I never speak to a real person, then while on hold for 20 minutes, you are hung up on and have to start the process over.
If you want to speak to a real person, you MUST! leave a voice message, and you might get a call back in a 2 day window.
** I went through the drive-through to pick up my prescriptions when I received them, I had a bag full of prescriptions for a male individual, containing a controlled substance, inhaler, and heart medications, all of which I'm not on or prescribed for. I emeadaitly walked into the pharmacy, once at the counter, and before I could say anything, a staff member behind the counter saw the bag, and stated that once medications leave the pharmacy, they can not take them back...???
Needles to say, I was shocked and now angry, and had no patience left!
I asked for the manager. That took another 30 minutes! Then, I showed and explained.. These are not my prescriptions!
Demanded they take them back, refund my money, get my medications, show me, there in my name before putting in a bag and charging me. That took another 40 minutes.
**I worry about how many times this must happen, and if an eldery person gets the wrong meds and doesn't realize, nor questions the change, assuming their Dr must have ordered the changes.
Now, they are taking the wrong medications!
I was lucky enough that I could change to a different pharmacy. But many folks have insurance companies that state you can ONLY! use CVS.
Between the Pharma and Insurance companies, our choices are taken from us, and we must pay thousands of $$ we don't have to stay healthy.
