"We'll inter it into the system," is the answer I get in person or on the phone when I ask about availability, quantity or Rx question. Do you notice that? The lack of service comes from a woman whom I believe is the Aledo manager. Once I was having issues transferring a subscription Walgreens to CVS and the man behind the counter was asking me questions and diligently solving my problem. She came up, sent him away and once again said, "We'll enter it into our system." I always had personal service at Hudson Oaks Walgreens. We're going back.

Pharmacist always acts like she’s being bothered when you need to ask a question. She also doesn’t take you aside to discuss your questions. Seems like a HIPPA violation when everyone can hear the conversation. No customer service skills at all. I changed PCP and pharmacist can’t seem to do a new fax request for medication refills. I’ll have to go to doctors office to get this handled. I’m almost out of medication and this simple task hasn’t been handled. No phone call to me if questions or problems. I’m changing to Walgreens. CVS pharmacy counter staff changes frequently. Probably because of the pharmacist. Fed up with her!!!

Terrible customer service. The older woman that waited on me was very rude. When trying to have a conversation with this woman she started talking over me and would not listen. The meds that were called in were not all filled as well. She either needs further training or needs to retire.

By far the worst customer service in all of DFW. I got better service in Odessa, which is saying something. Management: please advise your employees that laughing at a customer's ignorance of your particular store's rules is not only unprofessional, it's downright rude. I would not feel compelled to write this review if I didn't have an awful experience each and every time I come here. Which is only 7 months now. Abysmal attitudes at this store. You CAN do better, so why don't you? Even Arlington has better attitudes! That's insane!

The Aledo CVS goes above and beyond to please the customer. Store is very clean. Employees friendly and very helpful. They will even offer to check you out at a register!

Should be allowed to select 0 stars for this place, the pharmacy is absolutely terrible, super unorganized, you can see boxes just lying around back there, take days to fill a prescription. Save yourself the frustration, go to Brookshires or H-E-B.

Watch them in the pharmacy. They tell you they are giving you the best price but they aren't. They ripped me off for $30 on a prescription. Through Good RX at the same CVS location was $30. cheaper. They will cheat you if they can get away with it.

If there was a negative star - I would give it.
I get that this pharmacy is extremely busy, but no reason for the Pharmacist to be rude and unhelpful every single time I go to get a prescription filled. I have never seen such terrible customer service - from not answering the phones to being short and just rude in general to customers .
