The building is nice looking. But it stops there for me. I currently have 3 large storage units paying $600/month. Access is not 24 hours, which I can’t understand given the ridiculous amount of security and numerous times you are required to enter your code to enter any area. The first two codes they sent me via text never worked. I’ve left voicemail messages for the property manager several times but get zero response. I’ve been there during all times of the hours of access and never catch them. Awesome job to have to not be available and return no calls. The accessibility of gates and elevators through the public storage app never works despite all my efforts. The availability of moving carts at the elevators for the facilities is not enough given the use when I’ve been there. Especially if you have over 3,000+ sq ft house of furniture you are storing. I have to have storage for a short term. This works for that. But if your expecting convenience and some modicum of customer support from the property manager think again it is non existent. You’re own your own while Public Storage just sits back and collects your money.

The facility was nice and clean. We just purchased a unit and so far, the process was quick and easy. Justin at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.
