I called from California to order an arrangement for a bereaved mom and Shelley immediately knew what I needed and was above-and-beyond helpful. She was very considerate of my budget and offered a huge selection of bouquet options. I saw a picture of the arrangement and The Flower Shop exceeded my expectations.

I called today, 4/9 to get a flower arrangement for my mother in law to deliver today. They worked with me on getting a wonderful arrangement of flowers with red and green colors. These are her favorite colors. Making this arrangement not to look like Christmas. So pleased and will use again.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a florist! We needed flowers for my mom’s casket and called Aledo Flower Shop. The lady was very nice and very helpful - never trying to talk us into something beyond our budget and took the time to ask about Mom and what she liked. Since I ordered them over the phone, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the most beautiful burst of color with Mom’s favorite flowers in the arrangement. It was as if they knew her personally, and put everything together according to her specifications. I don’t know anything about flowers, but Mom did, and she would have loved them.

Shelly is wonderful! Our company ordered a last-minute, same day delivery bouquet for a local client and The Flower Shop made it happen in a timely and professional manner. The flowers were gorgeous as well :)

Unhappy with this florist! Will not use again.They left the flowers I ordered for my mothers birthday on her porch, didn’t even ring the doorbell (she was home all day) and they sat there for HOURS before it was even noticed.Also disappointed with the size of the arrangement as I could have received more for $75 bouquet at any other florist or even HEB.

I stay busy serving the Aledo community so when I need to pop in and quickly send flowers to my wife, who also serves the community as a teacher, I know I can always count on The Flower Shop. They already know I don't like to get the "traditional" flower arrangements so they work with me to pick out a special arrangement for my wife and deliver it. My wife is always amazed so thank you for helping me make my wife's day. It's the least I can do for such an amazing mom, teacher & wife!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt The Flower Shop's current 3 star rating did not do this business justice! Each staff member I interacted with on the phone and in person were very nice and they made a beautiful arrangement for my anniversary on only one hour's notice. They are my go to flower shop from now on. If you want beautiful flowers and excellent service, bring your business to The Flower Shop!
