“Very clean and very nice employees. Its a great place in my opinion to use for storage. They even have carts to help you move your items so you dont have to carry.”
“Alisha at the Fort Worth location of Blacklock Storage really is the BEST! After having explored other storage facility options and not being impressed, I came to Blacklock and Alisha made choosing them a no-brainer. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, allowed me to see all of the options and eased the load of burdens I was carrying at the time. I would absolutely choose them again and again. Give this woman a raise!”
“Best U-Haul rental place ever!!! The couple that is running the storage units and the U-Haul rental are the best. Their customer service is above and beyond. They make what seems to be a chore so much easier. I love their enthusiasm as if I was the only customer that matters.
I will definitely use them for all my moving needs. They are just great people.”
“I have been with this location for 2 1/12 yrs now and the newest manager is by far the nicest and most helpful! Gillian is awesome at her job, very understanding and thorough! I can't imagine why anyone would say horrible customer service as I deal with her monthly and she has been nothing but friendly and helpful! The pricing for my unit is reasonable and close to my home which is very convenient! Thank you to 377 Storage and Gillian for being there for my needs! Looking forward to continuing business!!”
“The gentleman that helped me went truly above and beyond. He helped me dig out and pull the trailer from the snow and ice with his truck. He was very respectful and willing to do anything to help. I sincerely appreciated his effort.”
“Rented a truck yesterday from this place. The truck was nice and in good shape. There were 2 older gentlemen working and they were very friendly and funny. I enjoyed speaking with them and they helped me get in and out when I was in a hurry due to a mistake at the local U-haul. Would definitely recommend using this Penske over U-Haul any day.”
“The Uhaul truck i reserved was clean and operational, with a full tank. Outstanding customer service at this location as well. I will most definitely use them again”
“Offer more mileage per day in case of wrong turns or missed exit, it will not be a stress then. I was worried and trying to be in my covered area miles given. If you can increase it. It will be a great stress reliever. Overall experience 10/10”
“It was really surprising that a car/truck rental counter was inside a Walmart! Easy parking (although specific spaces weren't marked). Friendly staff at counter.”
