Tonia gives excellent customer service each time we call or interact with her. She especially goes above and beyond for the seniors. Me (69yrs) mom Kartez (91yrs) she reminds us in advance of our monthly payment due date, to avoid a late fee. She does a periodic review of account to find any discounts or other ways to avoid the increasing storage fees. Tonia, you’re a jewel!? she’s an indispensable employee.”
“Best U-Haul rental place ever!!! The couple that is running the storage units and the U-Haul rental are the best. Their customer service is above and beyond. They make what seems to be a chore so much easier. I love their enthusiasm as if I was the only customer that matters.

“Uhual personnel are friendly not to knowledgeable on the vehicle's but then their primary business is a storage facility, so one can't complain they're local in Benbroom been here for years never had any real issues except for the last rental I rented a tow dolly the tail lights didn't work but that's pretty much on the renters not reporting the issue when they returned it. If you need a uhual in Benbrook then thus would be the place.Marvin Stutts”
