I want to commend STEPHANIE at the front desk for her OUTSTANDING customer service! Not only was she friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, she also went the extra mile when we had an unusual situation. Stephanie made a painful process much easier and pleasant than we ever thought possible! Stephanie is an asset to the UHaul company and is representing the brand is the best way possible! As long as Stephanie is running this location I give it 5 stars!

You can put some gas in the tank! You can also make your policies about returning the vehicle much more apparent to the customer. You could also respect the customer’s decision not to purchase your Safe Move insurance and not add it to the invoice anyway!!

I had an excellent experience at my neighborhood U-Haul in Aledo. The day before I was going to move I booked a moving truck and they had it in stock. The check in process with the front desk was quick (I didn't use the app), the truck was clean and in great condition, and returning it was just as quick and painless. With the $15 optional insurance I was able to do a move within Aledo (9am-6pm) for just under $100 (with some help from friends and family). You can't beat that! Highly recommend.

Amazing service. I needed a 6x12 trailer and they had it. Went to move stuff and had a family emergency which inhibited my completion. Spoke with Garrett and explained what happened. He kindly extended my use at no charge. Great business and wonderful people.

Worst experience I’ve dealt with a U-Haul dealer. Got a call the day prior of my pickup stating they have no equipment. The call was late so all other dealers were closed already and couldn’t get the time slot online I needed to pick up. Bit the bullet and rented equipment from home depot which is 3x more expensive. Showed up on location with no truck outside the gate. Even the owner asked if it was parked outside the gate when I called. No instructions on how to get into the gate with the code until after you select “I’m at my truck” on the app. Obviously I wasn’t at my truck rental. Biggest headache for an easy process, especially during moving which is already an headache. Not to mention the truck was dirty upon pickup with smashed French fries on the floorboards. Had to clean that up. Avoid renting here.

Well run with helpful and friendly employees. The website was a little hard to correct any changes.Having trouble now submitting review. The lady on duty 11/9 habd to assist and complete request. The gentleman opening 11/11 was polite and professional. If we need a truck in the future this is the location we will use.

Web site said that the location for U-Haul is open until noon on Saturday I finally get ahold of someone. And they are closed. Fix your Google account..
